We got ourselves a big untradable achievement goign on known as a Fire Cape. But many things in RS are related to the 4 elements...

 

 

 

So do you think there'll be a Water Cape, Earth Cape, or Air Cape?

 

 

 

If so, what do you think is possibly the things you have to do for it? And what would its abilities and stats be?

Nothing is more annoying then "OMG air cape to makes you fly likes teh impl0ngs!!!"

would be cool but i cant see it coming for a while as there is too many choices for capes already

i think it will be same stats but they will then give each cape a runecrafting bonus, like you can do 2x fires but it letts you do 1 more so 3x

Or instead of the runecrafting make it so whatever cape your wearing works like the staff. That way it would be worth it to have b/c you wouldn't be taking up a weapon slot with a staff and youd still get the unlimited rune bonus.

I think the air cape should make you run faster. Not reduce your weight, actually make your character run faster than someone not wearing the cape. Perhaps it could have an agility requirement of like 50 or 70 and be a reward from the Brimhaven Agility Arena. About the same number of tickets as a Pirate Hook.

Lava's Opposite = Ice not Water.

 

Can't think of others which would be similar although having a sleet of ice-like cape on your back would be awesome. Although I know it's a Fire Cape lets face it, it's Lava.

 

 

 

Water Cape = Like a Waterfall?

 

Earth Cape = Roughly moving boulders?

 

Air Cape = White Material spinning around from side-to-side on the cape?

 

 

 

Also Fire Cape should have +8-10 Mage Bonus...

i doubt that other elemental capes are released into the game just because it most likely will just add the same content the fire cape did and it would overall be a waste of time.

It would be really cool if they did the runes thing, but it doesn't make sence. The fire cape is already out and it doesnt have any wierd abilities. If they do implement new elemental capes and they have special abilities then i think they will all be unique. Like the fire cape is the combat one, and air,earth,water will be something complety different.

what if there was 4 different areas for it

 

 

 

 

 

like we have the fire area tzhaar(sp?) and the fire cape

 

 

 

what if there was an earth area where you could get the earth cape in the same manor as a fire cape

 

 

 

and an air area with an air cape

 

 

 

and a water area with a water cape.

 

 

 

 

 

Fire area is under the volcano.

 

Earth area could be under a great dwarf mine or somethin

 

air area would be in the sky thats only reachable with a teleport and quest

 

and a water area which would be well, underwater.

 

 

 

 

 

each one would require a fight caves like challenge :P

I hope that Jagex focuses on the things that get players excited like new weapons and armour.

 

Dark Bow was good, but only level 60.

 

We need more variety in top end gear.

 

I'd rather see "barrows part II" then "fight caves part II".

water cape=achieved by killing the lvl XXX in the alien region underneath the lunar isle.

Another not exactly a main element but an electric/thunder cape would be awesome. possibly related to grim tales killing the cloud dude- a new region unfolds in the 3rd installment in the witch's series.

The new floating island mentioned in the museum quest for air cape maybe? :-w And the opposite of lava isn't ice. Since lava is molten rock, the opposite of lava should be the opposite of rock. The water cape can be on WATERbirth island. And the earth cape can be in the dorgeshuun city? since all they've seen their whole lives is rock it'd make sence to me \

That's actually a very intelligent idea. :)

I doubt it. I think the only reason the fire cape was called what it is, is because of it's origins (thzaar). I also don't think the cape was made to be one part of multiple achievements, but rather one ultimate achievement.

 

 

 

Don't we already have enough capes anyway?

There probably wont be anymore
