RichieMcD
To all of you who say or think homosexuality is a choice, when did you ever say to yourself "right, I', going to be heterosexual from now on, I'm going to fall in love with the opposite sex :) ", odds are you didn't, this has been the way you've always thought. Just like any homosexual, but the same sex instead of the opposite.
Lenticular_J
For many people, their sexuality is a choice given after a bit of thought. And they can go ahead, no business of mine what they do. Just don't try to do it with me. catch it now so you can like it before it went so mainstream
MuffinMaddy
Truthfully I think its wrong...mainly because I think the right thing is to be attracted to the opposite gender, but if others want to have a relationship with the same gender I don't mind, I'll still treat them equally...however, I don't want them trying to change my beliefs about homosexuality. Zierro
The only problem I have with homosexuality is the expectation of having equal treatment. Everyone should be treated as human beings, but you can't expect to be classified as "normal" when you're not. It's like if Marilyn Manson showed up at a little girl's birthday party and expected not to receive any weird looks.
yaff2
i really do not see a problem with it. Its not something i want to do or experience, but if someone else wants to be that way, great. Who are we to say if its right or wrong? If it is how you want to live, then no one else should matter, no one should be able to say it is right or wrong. They can have the right to say it is right or wrong for THEM but never should they have the right to say homosexuality is right or wrong for someone else. If a person was born homosexual, how can it be wrong? how can it be right? they didnt make the choice, the choice was made for them. The only 'right and wrong' thing would be to accept it, or to deny it. It is a lifestyle, a choice, an experience, thus it is right. Maybe its not right for you, or for me, but its right for someone. The only problem I have with homosexuality is the expectation of having equal treatment. Everyone should be treated as human beings, but you can't expect to be classified as "normal" when you're not. It's like if Marilyn Manson showed up at a little girl's birthday party and expected not to receive any weird looks. There is no such thing as 'normal' there is what society thinks is right and what is wrong. Therefore normal is what you make it to be. There is acceptable and non acceptable, but who is that up to, to decide? You, and only you. 'Normal' is what society thinks is acceptable but that doesnt mean anything is normal. 1980 Berlinetta with a 350, bored, mild cam, intake carb, headers, exhaust

Zierro
Normal simply means that which is most common - it has nothing to do with "right" or "wrong". It all comes down to opinion on whether something is right or wrong. However, there is no opinion involved when it comes to quantity. Just because someone is gay, it doesn't mean they are wrong - it just means they are the minority. And by equal treatment, I meant they should expect people to be surprised. I was not referring to discrimination.

maulmachine4
There is now answer to the question, "Is homosexuality right or wrong" it is neither right or wrong, a fact is something that can be proven correct or incorrect(right or wrong) but homosexuality comes down to internal desires, people who are homosexuals have the right to be homosexual and I think that something such as religion should not stand in the way of damn near everything, let alone something that you cannot help. Homosexuality is perfectly acceptable behavior that has biological roots, I personally am friends with multiple homosexuals, one said this when asked whether he wanted to be a homosexual, "I don't want to be gay, really I don't but I just don't like girls the way that I like guys", in my old school homosexuality was perfectly acceptable, our best athlete was homosexual. http://www.draynor.net/stat/orbclaw/mal ... chine4.png

If someone is homosexual I don't want to be able to physically tell the difference just by looking at them (unless if they're with their partner or something) Being homosexual doesn't mean you like to wear fluffy pink scarves
Ginger_Warrior
Theres a difference between just a regular guy who happens to be gay and the guys at the gay pride parade. I've been to several gay pride parades. I've even been on demos protesting against anti-homosexual discrimination. I'm not a homosexual either. There was no difference, believe me. I felt completely at ease being around the gays in such events. Ginger_Warrior
Real good comparison. Makes you look real smart. And no one *has* to sing The Banner. It was a perfectly reasonable comparison. I don't come on here to prove my smart-i-ness either. That's what college exams are for. Exactly. No gay *has* to act in the way you describe either, yet you seem to think it's OK to see some gays acting like that, and instantly label them as weird. At least I've the respect to recognise someone is different to me, and actually be happy for them. It's their identity - what right have I got to judge them for it? Moreover, why should I even care? | Favourite Game Music | Last.fm | HYT Friend Chat Rules |

What is it a recruitment drive? Nope it would be to celebrate the birth of your respective nation, only immature and petty people would deliberately do something like that to piss people off. My best friend is a homosexual, I've been to a gay pride parade with him before, they are just their to have fun, meet people like them and celebrate their sexuality. Also the whole "assless leather chaps" is just a stereotype, have you ever even been to a gay pride parade / festival before or are you just pulling random [cabbage] facts out of your arse?
