As high a prayer level I could get with any remaining money

4) Full Sara without helm

 

5) Santa Hat

 

6) 70 Runecrafting

Then I'd save the rest for later skilling.

I would... Buy 2 of each colour of masks, 2 santa hats, not a phat yet, then I might invest 100 mil in some things on the GE to make EVEN MORE MONEY, and then since I'm F2P I got nothing better to do other than get maybe a blue phat when I can afford it...

I would buy 99 Cooking the fastest way possible And proberly a nice high smithing level... Other than that im not actually sure.

Pretty much all 99's as a F2P Skiller...

 

Pour most of it into runecrafting, with enough for 99 smithing, crafting, cooking, firemaking.

 

If I managed to get all 99's with it, I would use the rest on getting all of the aforementioned skills to 20M XP because even numbers are nice.

2x of each mask, santa, and a green phat (or white, if I could use some of my own money to make up the difference)

probably buy full drag.
