I will only add a person that was first to something major, like a 99 Skill

 

before anyone else (P2p and/or Just F2p), I will not add if someone was

 

first to a 99 in their country or got an item first (Monster drop or

 

whatever) or a person that got a 99 at a certain combat level but I will

 

add a level 3 that has gotten highest possible Skill Total a level 3 can get.

 

I will not add any First Pure to anything as alot of people are very unsure

Snake slava was his main, which was banned for macroing (later unbanned). His second account was snake slavik, which was the second to get 99 range.
