I calculated that this minigame gets ~25k crafting exp an hour.

 

 

 

You might think: big whoop, 25k exp an hour and no profit.

 

 

 

But if youve tried rebuilding the temple, it requires VERY little work!

 

 

 

Maybe one click every 2 minutes.

 

 

 

Compare that to fletching which is about 7 clicks a minute.

 

 

 

So you can watch youtube vids, Browse the forums or have a chat there easily.

Its very fun, but the crafting xp isn't the biggest part, you don't level to fast

Well, I used to be a big fan of this minigame. But to be honest, it is in desperate need of an overhaul and update.

 

 

 

1. The crafting XP is more like 20k an hour, not 25k. It's good for getting XP while allowing you to devote 90% of your attention to other things, but that's all.

 

 

 

2. The prayer XP used to be a good alternative to burying bones or the ectonfuntus, but is now very slow for the time required when compared to a gilded altar.

 

 

 

3. The chest rewards are out of date. Too many addy spears, mith plateskirts and other garbage even when burning the top shades on magic pyres.

 

 

 

4. Splitbark is no longer as sought after as it was even last year, due to new alternatives.

Is this the mini-game where you can make splitbark? :-#

when you burn shade remains with pyre logs u get keys or coins, the keys unlock a chest, sometimes giving fine cloth. the fine cloth is then taken with bark from hollow trees to some wizard wearing splitbark in draynor mage tower and is made by him for a price.

at the time I was trying it, my firemaking level was a lot lower and this was before we got access to a bank nearby. I forgot how much fun this can be and I plan to go there again just for the fun (let alone the crafting exp)

I planned on using about 2.4k Yew/Asyn burns from 67-70 Prayer, halfway through, about 4m cash PROFIT, good cash if you're not in a rush, plus, a lot of exp in either your Combat, Craft, Firemaking and some Prayer.

 

 

 

My profit was with Yews, if I had the requirements to burn Mage logs, the only keys you get are the high Silver and Lvl 3 clues abundance.

 

 

 

The whole minigame is bad however for moneymaking unless you choose to buy certain items. With the infinite stocks of certain items though(via shop), you'll save a minimum of 10k.

 

 

 

If you're lucky, you can get a steady supply of Nature runes, so you can alch all you don't need.

I did this for a short bit too and I found it quite entertaining! Too bad my fm was too low to burn magics so I put it off for a bit.. but im going back eventually!

One of the reasons to get FM up.
