Everywhere where str, pray or magic bonus matters a lot: Neitzinot. Everywhere where def bonusses matter: Guthan helm. October 20, 200718 yr I prefer Neitiznot helm, because: -It's free (other than quest) -Stregnth and Prayer bonus. -Looks, although guthans helm is quite awesome too... October 20, 200718 yr Well I'd use guth helm when I have the rest of my guthans on and neitiznot for anything that I need a str bonus for when I'm not slayering.

October 20, 200718 yr guthan's helm for sure. As a tank ranger I don't care about the strength bonus and the helm gives great protection for only a single item.

October 20, 200718 yr This is kind of an odd vs. topic... the helm I wear depends on the situation. Zerker for normal training because it looks better, neitznot when I really need the extra pray, slayer mask when I'm slaying and guthans helm... when I'm healing.

October 20, 200718 yr Obviously neitz...guthans helm is only worth using if you have really bad def or need to heal =; Either way, I'd rather wear a slayer mask when training or my phat when not training =D>
