April 21, 201016 yr 1k Rocktail are 235k so yeah If you can cook 1200 which is possible, then I can see getting 1m xp every 4 hours with full attention. 850-900k is probably more close to accurate though. Actually, you're wrong. I made a few posts on this thread a couple weeks ago on my 99 cooking progress. From 97 cooking I did rocktails to 99; and I tested the exp/hr several times, and it averaged out to 260k exp/hr. This is also with breaks for magpie. All of the ones that I did during the disconnection. Yes I spam clicked tab, 3 of them broke. Drank a brew dose and a restore dose during that too. He also makes me open every single door, wasting about 2 hours for that run. Then he leaves right before boss, lvl 320 geomancer hitting 400s for me to solo yay. Was in tier 10 arrows body and chaps with tier 9 bow.

April 21, 201016 yr Opening doors does indeed raise the exp, but killing monsters only gives the exp modifier, it is not factored into the base exp. There's a difference between opening most doors and opening all doors with keys being on opposite sides of the dungeon, doing stupidly long puzzles, and making potions to open skill doors. People just don't understand that the best way to train isn't the highest per dungeon, its the highest per hour.

April 22, 201016 yr If he's F2P it's probably one of the best rewards since prayer xp is such a pain for them. Pointless waste of points, imo. It's an extra 3k or so prayer XP per Fire Giant, Warped Tortoise or Wyvern task, and 1k prayer XP per Dark Beast task.
