Has anyone seen it before? yes, while doing clue there - I think it's WGS related, although I've done the quest and can't remember... Well i did this clue a few weeks ago and the cave wasn't there.. I did one maybe 1 week ago and there was a cave there but not as close to the altar as it seems in your pic - were there any options/examine? dedicate your idle computer power to a scientific project. I think it's supposed to be an entrance to his hideout. The place where Lucien summons undead soldiers and kills Hazelmere ect is just outside that chapel, and although you never use that entrance to get to the ice place (you teleport) it seems likely that it would be used to get back to it in a furutre quest.
