Where did you get that info? i think what stone means is that you won't get the bonuses from the hex or sight unless your using them on a slayer task. non-slayer tasks will not give u the bonus of the items. and you will get the bonuses on any slayer task. it doesn't matter if they require a slayer lvl or not.
