I think Kara-Meir says something to that extent, but that's about it. Jagex has been fairly quiet about the outcome, hasn't it?

When you first logged into RS3 you had that popup. It said the outcome will choose who will have the same fate as Guthix.

 

I think they actually changed the wording. I am pretty sure it was originaly that. But now this is it.

Cast back into oblivion doesn't necessarily mean death.

I sure they have changed it though. Im 90% positive it was "share the same fate as guthix"

 

Either way, I think zammy will like being cast into oblivion in his own wicked way.

They'll likely want that just for Zaros' sake.

Most people I've heard say that the winner of the battle will go a tier up in godhood (tier 2, the same power as Zaros and Guthix had) and the loser will go down one (tier 4, where Bandos (who was tier 3 till The Chosen Commander) and Armadyl sit).

As it now stands, it's 44% against 56%, Zamorak is slowly increasing everyday, I really hope for a draw actually. Sadly, Osborne has made two possible cutscenes, so probably just Sara wins-version and Zammy wins-version. :s

Zamorak is actually not increasing every day, maybe the % is, but the gap between the two of them is getting bigger by the day.

You have 50m vs 40m - 10m gap (55,56% vs 44,44%)

Now you have 115m vs 100m - 15m gap (53,49% vs 46,51%)

 

Percentage wise, zamorak would be rising, but the gap is just getting bigger, and for Zamorak to actually win they need to overcome the gap, which they're doing the actual opposite by the day

Yeab, but now, they are both 6% from 50%, that will only get smaller. While the gap may increase in absolute terms, in relative terms, they are growing closer and closer, so I do hope Jagex will have the balls to not decide that Saradomin is the winner because of a winning margin of 1% or something and suddenly can blast Zamorak aside.

The % doesn't matter in the end, they can go as close as 50,5% vs 49,5%, but if the gap keeps increasing, which it is, we can't really go 'ohhh sooo closeeeee' when the difference was over 20m tears

 

Also, Jagex 'having the balls' to not let Saradomin wins contradicts entirely the whole purpose of this update; to be about player's choices, if players wanted to support papa smurf over Zamorak, so be it.

If the number went high enough it could even be like 49.99999999% zammy.

 

But the gap could be 400 million and rising. As long as the gaps rising, zammy gets whats coming to him.

So I used me adven reroll and I got an Occultist/Missionary voyage o.O (I didn't think to take pic while I still had Biologist voyages). Still no Quin storylines...
