I'm not even talking about the particles, I just mean those super big, bulky, strangely colored, poorly detailed outfits that you always post pictures of. Part of the reason I love cosmetics and keepsakes is so that you can just wear basic clothes or one of those old school simple "skiller" outfits instead of something super ugly like Tectonic or Teralith armor. October 23, 201510 yr The sort of outfits that Butters has, they aren't really my style, but he does know how to take one hell of a picture, and he's good at the style that he likes. Fashionscaping really is 'each to their own', I don't like 80% of the 'cool' outfits other people like, and a lot of people don't seem to care much for some of the outfits that I have come up (though I have had some compliments over the years). -------- Finally got Krar Jnr. pet after camping on and off for it for a week:

I just don't like the poorly designed stuff that JaGeX is constantly pumping out. And for the record, I play 07 and rs3. A lot of it is shit and rushed, and sells mostly because there's a niche demand for cosmetics and there's a novelty, and because even shitty cosmetics are desired by some because people like the theme/concept art behind it (even if it ends up looking nothing like it in game and is total shit), but there is some good stuff out there as well.

October 23, 201510 yr I appreciate Blutters's aesthetics. He also takes some great screenshots of his outfits. I personally like simpler outfits, like the one I've been tweaking for over a year now: What I don't like are CompFashionScape outfits (Completionist's cape, necklace slot, and boots, rest on hide-all to show off some crappy retro-scape default outfit bits). You can make a good outfit that isn't overdone without spending any "real money." My outfit is made from Keepsake keys, themselves bought with loyalty points, which are used on generally cheap items (and a single World Event 2 override for dual-wield range)... The dragon rider's boots are the most expensive part of the outfit. edit: Also, I wish the Chest mimic pet could override legendary familiars. That would complete my oddball aesthetic... I cry.
