Heres a thread about it: viewtopic.php?f=30&t=788147 Maybe he bought it because he liked the item and isn't interested in making/losing money with it. : That's exactly what I was thinking, just like what people were thinking when AGS and SGS were frozen. I would imagine that is why he bought it but with the new 10% rise/fall cap on 3rd age is enough of it being bought and sold per day to make it update near everyday he could have bought it a week later for close to 30M and saved 33M to buy some other piece which would be the smart thing to do. Also he has had that offer in the GE for awhile now and maybe he was asleep during the crash and got it before he had a chance to cancel it and wait for it to drop. So possibly he got burned by trying to buy a rare item via the GE.
