Hmm my friend told me this a few days ago and wondered if u ppl have ever done this. place ur hand flat dont move ur fingers at all then with ur thumb press on ur vein (I think thats how u spell it) and ur fingers will automatically move? yea it works, kinda. But what's really great is having someone grab your finger and squeeze for about a minute, then wiggle your finger out (don;t let them open their hand yet) and then turn the hand (still closed) palm-up, then moving your fingers back and forth across their forearm for about a minute, then have them slowly open their fingers.

Put both of your index fingers together nail to nail and press really hard for about 3minutes then slowly pull them away, you'll feel a sense of magnetism in your index fingers.

 

 

 

also another cool one is, spin you index finger over each other in a clockwise direction for a few minutes, then try spinning them the opposite direction.

It's because there are tendons and ligaments travelling through your wrist, which are connected to your fingers, so obviously by pressing them, you are going to be moving your fingers at the same time.

I don't think that's magnetism....your muscles are so used to pushing that pulling makes it feel odd and they still want to push.

How about arms? This one is the oldest in the book..but I'll post it anyway.

 

 

 

 

 

Go stand in a doorway(anyone will work, as long as you can push your arms on it)

 

 

 

 

 

Basically all you do it take each of your palms, and put them on either side of the doorway, push as hard as you can for about a minute, and then drop them to your sides. They will start to move upwards :mrgreen:

Place your hand flat on the table, then try to lift just your ring finger as high as you can lift your index finger.

 

I can get about 3/4 of the way there without lifting my toehr fingers. Yay me.

hold both your arms in a door way for 30 seconds, applying as much pressure as possible on the back of your hands. If you do it right, your arms will raise with out your doing. :shock: lol, its quite fun

Yea, put on arm out and then cross your other arm over it so the back of your hands are touching each other, and then press them together hard for a good minute, and then put your arms next to your side, you will feel them raise with no/little effort. :
