I hope there are some bodywise, workout entusiasts here. :)

Is it wise to work both in the same day? Or alternate, as in Chest and Tri's one day and Biceps and maybe back the next? Im a pretty experienced guy in the gym, just need a little help with my scheduleing. Thanks for any help. \'

I always just do upper body one day, lower body the next, then some form of cardio the next followed by a rest day.

So yeah, I do tricep and bicep exercises in one day.

I really wouldn't call it an era. It was more of a definitive time period during which dinstinctive characteristics were expressed in similar ways.

I'm no gym expert but I'm pretty built, what I do is everything; if that makes sense. But in small doses of 2 sets 10 reps. Now I'm kinda in gym mode so I go the gym nearly everyday of the week.

Make sure to warm up before hand so that you don't strain the muscles. Usually I do 20 minutes on the bike at 95rpm with 200power and then 5-10 minutes on Elliptical Trainer or the Rowing machine depends what my mood is like - usually it swings in the direction of some fine ladies on one or the other machine.

then after finishing the work out I go for a 10min swim (breast stroke) After that its sauna, steam-room and jacuzzi time.

good luck

well i usually do upper body one day and lower body the next. With lower body followed up by a nice run. When you become stronger though you can probably do upper and lower body everyday, but in smaller doses

Thanks for all the help. :) I use the gym at my school so its only open for an hour after school from monday to thursday. This is what my current schedule looks like.

Monday - Shoulders + Back

Tuesday - Biceps + triceps / an hour of cardio.

Wednesday- Chest + Legs

Thursday - Biceps + triceps + shoulders + back

Friday - Rest

Sat - Cardio

Sun - Rest

My cardio compises of running some Rugby drills by myself for about an hour or so. I've also discovered i need to work my torso everyday to get the fat off. The muscles alredy there, just need the fat off. My arms are pretty built for a 16 year old if i say so myself. For some reason though i love working my shoulders/neck. + Ive been wondering, when benching, people say that on the incline bench it works the upper pecs more. So i was thinking, maybe i should bench on flat bench first and then the incline until muscile faliure? + I've been looking through a few books on body building and they seem to mention cutting and bulking alot, any definitions for those?

Now im scared of Goddess. :ohnoes:

I have two work outs, workout A and B. I do A one day then B then next, and so on.

A: Chest, abs*, triceps

B: Biceps, back/lats, abs*

*I use my ab lounge after the gym as well.

(I do 30 minutes of cardio every day)

My friend says its better to do biceps and chest on the same day but I prefer my way.

I think that to get your muchles showing on torso would be to eat right and do cardio more. That would burn fat better than just working on torso everyday.

Reality is hundreds of times more beautiful and more interesting than delusions. Fairy tales just tend to be easier to follow than the wonderful intricacies of life.

Four words: Push ups sit ups. Sit ups will help with your stomach. You can look up many ways to do them to work different muscles.

Uh..it depends how many days you go a week.

I'm only like 15 rite now so I do like a full work out cause i go every 2 days so it's not to bad.

Once i turn 16, or 17, and my height growth has stopped, I will go more often and probably do 1 day like you said Chest, Bic, and etc.

If your like lower then the age of 16-17 i suggest you DO NOT do back workouts. They do stunt your growth, it's not good for you at all.

But I don't think its bad doing bi's tri's same day, i always do it. But workout every other day if your gunna do that..
