ctp080188
I got an assignment in for Thursday and I have been up all night doing it. It's now 7.07 am and I need to stay awake to finish this oof but my hands are all shaky and weird and I think I'm going crazy. I can't sleep unless I finish because otherwise I will have nightmares about my stupid work coming to eat me or something. So yeah tell me how you keep going all night long, all niiiight, all night looong. I don't mean this sexually, but I probably have nothing to worry about with paperclips banned. P.S. I have had one of those hench relentless caffeine drinks yes yes I know theyre full of crap but I was doing that wobbly head thing. SHH HUT YUH MUH. DERKHED. Scorchedrose
Do something to get your blood going. Do some push-ups, sit-ups or whatever works best for ya. If it's cold out side, step out and let the cold air wake ya up. That's all I can think of at the moment.

Scorchedrose
Oh fun, I commute to my college so I don't have that problem ever. I have the freedom to suddenly do weird stuff like that since the only one around to see me is my lizard, but he already knows I'm crazy. I guess you could try hitting yourself over the head w/ a book, but that would probably draw attention as well.
nine naked men
Caffeine, caffeine and more caffeine... And maybe a harness that pokes you in the eye when you fall asleep? ctp080188
I think I need to build myself a contraption. Eye poking could make me blind or something so maybe a slapping the face machine would suffice. Ok, so design plans please. NEED TO MAKE A STAYAWAKE MACHINE. SHH HUT YUH MUH. DERKHED. Darksavior69
You would probably be more productive and produce a better report/essay/whatever if you just got sleep and then finished it. fgfuyfyuiuy0
I don't have a problem with staying awake. I drank so man energy drinks that my body is accustomed to staying awake. I drink about 2 a day. I can't help you all that much, but if you are going to buy an energy drink. Buy a redbull. Most people hate the taste, but it is the most efficient working one. I go to bed whenever I want. My body doesn't naturally tell me anymore. I basically sleep when I think it is time for me to sleep. I think that's a problem, lol. : I <3 Gears of War 2. Chris
Everytime you feel yourself falling asleep stab yourself with a pen or pencil. Or... Get up and move around, preferably outside. Fresh air is your friend, particularly if it's cold. Notoriously Trollish.

Explain that. :notalk: Must be the vodka : I drink about 1-2 daily for about 3 years, so you can see why this happened. Long time + a lot of energy drinks. Basically, I have drank about: 1,095 - 2,190 energy drinks in the past 3 years. That much has affected my body while you only drink about 10-15 a night, sometimes. Plus, I wouldn't continue doing that. That many in that period of time would kill you. The warning label says to keep your limit of 3. I'd watch out for a heart attack. :? Plus, I don't prefer Redbull over other energy drinks. They are expensive and I down them pretty fast. I usually buy the really big RockStar guava for about $2.50. Which the tallest Redbull (Which is the equivalent of the smallest RockStar; Guava) is $2.49. The RockStar Guava is huge and tastes awesome, so that's why I buy 'em. Now, I only buy energy drinks because of their taste. I guess you could say I am addicted :D My record of consuming the warning limit of Redulls was 1:13. That was 3 of the large ones ;) Plus, the coldness of it hurt my teeth #-o I <3 Gears of War 2. How2PK
Take a quick nap, a cup of coffee and you'll feel a lot better. IGoddessI
First of all minimise your stress. You are at your chair infront of your computer, you are fine. You can get past this. When Thursday comes and you hand it in, you won't remember why it was so hard. This is the last thing you probably want to hear but I would recommend to get at least a few hours sleep so you can function properly or at least better than what you are now and will make fewer mistakes. The only people who tell you that you can't do something are those who have already given up on their own dreams so feel the need to discourage yours. Sumpta
If your body is pushing you to sleep, you haven't any choice but to succumb to it. Even a little sleep can clear your head and lessen the wobblyness. Because in all fairness, how can you do a good, efficient job when you're completely worn out? That's at least one thing I learned at college :D.
