Anyways only expirience i had with police was, when they chased me, probably to do an alcohol test...luckly they never caught me, since i started runnin like hell. Of course i wasnt sober that day... :)

I Live in the UK So I dont exactly know what the police are like in USA, This for me seems a bit far fetched

 

 

 

 

and, I got cuffed, and I was taken to the station and was questioned. (He didn't read my rights either- A big no-no. :shame: ) And then he asked for my wallet and he took out my license and school ID, put them in this thing that looked like a guillotine and cut them up then flushed them down the toilet. :cry:

 

I asked him about the stuff that he took and he said that he'll give it back when he feels like it.

Today, I was in court, and I told them everything that happened, and I had a video tape, too. (My friend recorded the incident while he was in the holding cell) and I showed them the tape, and the cop had to give me $600 and return my stuff to me. Turns out, he was abusing his power to steal stuff from us. The lawsuit is gonna be this Friday, and a lawyer is offering to represent us for free.

This is the biggest one that seems weird, If I am right you are saying your friend was locked in a prison cell? When has anyone been allowed to take Video Cameras/ Mobile Phones into Police Cells

last year if i remember right my headlamp of my bike was broken and i wanted to fix it the afternoon but in the morning they controlled bikes so i got fined :wall:
