RedHanyu888
I'm spitballing, but maybe Bob Barter? The herb price-guy in the GE. Possibly a reference to Bob Barker? The former and most known host of The Price is Right. I'm just spitballing, so it's not solid.

Dormado
baba yaga from lunar isle is a charachter from russian tales, Koshchei (or whatever5 its spelled) the deadless (from fremmenik trials quest) is also from russian mythology. Plugpoint
Well the guards from the towers of Neitiznot and Jatizso repeatedly yell at eachother and taunt eachother. one of their taunts is "your mother was a hampster and your father smelled of elderberries!" based on monty python... The white knights of fally aren't based on real people to my knowledge but do have interesting names. Sir Toffy Cashien= certification. Sir Prysin= surprisin'. Sir Amik Varze= ceramic vase... Ahh I was gonna post the Neitznot guards one lol. But nice spot for the White Knights, I'd never noticed that :) Maxed 15/06/

Roseiah
Jagex has to get their inspiration from somewhere, anyone can make up names, but sometimes subconsciously, you put things you know into whatever you are creating. Like a story, if you have just been watching Top Gear and then write a story about someone who has a near death experience, but can't think of a name, Richard might spring to mind. I think it is something we all do, and Jagex are no exception. But also, they do try to add some humour to the game, so I guess a large majority would be on purpose. I'm not sure if it was an attempt at humour. I did a search on his name to see if all his posts were like that, it seems he is very mature and spells perfectly in half his posts and spells like that in the other half. I think he was making fun of some previous spelling mistakes and possibly the title, although I'm not entirely sure as I think I missed the point if it is a joke. Co-Founder of KoA over 18's clan.
