It is alot faster than PP at lower levels.

i used this method ages ago, takes up alot of concentration but worth it if your low level. well covered in the guide, knights arent a bad way to go either as you can just keep clicking pickpocket as quick as possible and at higher levels you dont fail much.

Good guide. Well written and clear and to the point. I'll try this out I think.

 

 

 

A note: do NOT underestimate the regen bracelets. double the natural health restore rate doesnt seem like much but it is worth it. It's enough to never need food in the abyss when rc (you heal faster than the odd hit here and there), it's enough to never need food training agility (70-76 agility without falling under 78 hp) and it makes a huge difference to thieving too. Something intense like this, perhaps not an absolute replacement for food, but you could probably use trout as slow as wines if you had a regen.

 

 

 

a bunyip would almost guaranteed be enough healing. there is a mini oblesk by the house tele. an invent of pouches would last a LONG time and you can always unnote more, and they are pretty cheap really considering they can heal 360ish hp over 44 minute. Fruit bat would work too but you need to be outside to summon fruit.

 

 

 

A note for you: House tele. its a good town for a house thanks to the slayer master there. Having a house here would help greatly in getting there, in banking for supplies, etc, etc. In fact, you could use cake for food, tele to ardy to restock and house tele back if you really wanted to. Or a true nut could bake cakes in the house :P

I recently went there to get 76-80 thieving. I already knew more or less how it went (had read Zarfot's guide a month or 2 ago), but still, it's been a big help.

 

 

 

Anyway, I went there with a bunyip and prayer gear using rapid restore. And ... I still had to use food. (For that, I just bought wine in the bar, like Zarfot suggests). However, I must admit I made (especially in the beginning) a lot of mistakes. In the end, when things were getting better, I managed a bit over 200k xp an hour. Not that I was fully focused for an hour, I timed like 10 minutes.

 

 

 

I also dont get all the fuss about HD. I've been doing it in HD, and didnt have any problems at all (besides misclicking etc).

 

 

 

And the guy claiming to get 300k xp an hour, that's pretty impossible if you ask me. Zarfot mentions 250-275k is possible, but then you'd need to be a real pro. So a lvl 85 thief claiming to get 300k per hour, hmm...

the guide great but your fake xp rates are way off, u say at 55-65 its 150k an hour, just tried it and using your guide and doing it correctly i got 60k an hour, then i tried a 1 minute trial which according to u is 2.5k xp and i got 1.5k even tho i never got caught 1 time and sucessfully knocked him out and thieved twice every time for a minute straight, meaning if u never eat or get mroe win at general store its still only 90k an hour, i dont know how u could possibly be that far off

Any idea of what xp I can get with 8k wines? :D You said 2k for 80, that's around 1.9m xp, from lvl 45 to 80. 4*1.9=8.6m xp with
