The update to Armadyl's staff and Hazeel's mark surely points out to some massive quest with the Mahjarrat/Gods in my opinion. There was no reason for them to update it otherwise... Right? Vincent Posted July 30, 2008 Share Posted July 30, 2008 the z is used in the quest. it shows the order of the valves to turn; follow the z pattern and you can board the raft... they just changed it so it's more intuitive since it is a low lvl quest. irregardless of changes to the amulet, the evidence is mounting about the mahjarrat necromancer and varrock so more than sufficient evidence to conclude that there will be an update related to that... They didnt update the one from the temple of ikow quest. Headnazgul Posted July 31, 2008 Share Posted July 31, 2008 Well now I don't feel so bad that I can't get my Mark of Hazeel back from rsc. A golden zamorak symbol is far cooler than a golden Z. You said the Armadyl staff was changed too though... have a screenshot? If I recall correctly the one in the Temple of Ikov is just a normal staff with a pink orb on it. It's not like his name started with "Z"...and the upsidedown Zammy Symbol showed he was aligned with zamorack, but was on his own. (kind of) I hope the symbol isn't needed for anything later....you can't get it back from anything if you've lost it...and aside from that, I sided with Good during the quest. *facepalm* I am nice. . .
