I was already fairly short-sighted to begin with, but it wasn't really detrimental enough to warrant everyday glasses use. However, now I'm starting to suffer some nasty headaches from reading text, watching TV, and from my monitor. My stepdad and I were supposed to go in together to get our eyes checked but him having work has delayed it somewhat; and my current glasses are completely off the mark. Apart from that, I've had quite a nice day. Went out to band practice earlier so I'm in quite a pleasant mood right now. Oh, and ironically my eyesight has worsened since I switched over to an LCD monitor. When I had my CRT, I was 20/20. Weird. Both my parents have vision problems, so I can blame it on them, dad needs glasses and excessive light to be able to read, mum couldn't see all of her backyard until she got glasses. Work... And more work, and then some study and then some sleep - while I read my assigned texts. I'm so tired that when I come back [from where I go] I eat fervently then fall asleep straight away. And it usually takes about 30 mins by public transport to get to my house. So I start studying again at about 5:30 - 6:00, till about 10:30.
