Bah. I'm filling out a "sources sheet" for English. We had this stupid debate not long ago, and now we have to write a research paper on it. So, I'm bsing my way through.

 

A lot of people said me and my partner did good. I mean, we did, considering she showed up the day of the debate and we were going against four completely insane girls who had been doing nothing but agonizing over the debate for a week. Two of them were in mock trial, too, and one of the others is actually on the debate team. It's funny. We made up nearly everything. And during the debate, instead of taking notes, I doodled.

 

Our topic was whether school administrators should be tougher on teen violence, and we had to be affirmative. I don't really care about that. There was a "Should school administrators be allowed to censor student newspapers?" one which I would have [bleep]ing killed on, but the negative side for that didn't want to trade me. The girls that did positive weren't too smart either, which would have made me look all the better. Seriously, though. I. Would. Have. Kiiiiiiiiiiiiiilled. Especially since I'm a pretty dang good public speaker. It was easy to tell how nervous all the speakers were. I mean, I would have been pretty nervous too, especially if I was the first person to go. Which, my partner was.

 

Ah well. Such is life.

I spent a few hours on coding a cms today. I put what I have so far at here if anyone is interested. I need to fix a few database issues and write a css page to make it look sexy still.

 

I check my wow hours played using xfire and it rounds out to 5 hours a day. over 10 days (did a 10 day trial) so 50 hours so far.

All day studying. I'm on a 15 minutes break, and then back to the papers :-#

My dad bought a new lap top today, great. He claims his old one is slower then hell (which it was) because there was "junk" on it. Its slower then hell because it has 3000 some songs stored on it, (was a DJ), and simply because its like 5 years old. Because of his one set mind, he bought his new computer which will be "much faster." But sadly, as I've tried to convince him not to, hes gonna transer those 3000 songs to his new one, put some crap programs on there that do nothing at all, and some minor movies I believe. :mad: On top of it all, this new laptop will get his attention for a few days, then be used once or twice a week just like his old one. I've tried to convince him in buying an external hard drive to put the crap songs on, but he won't budge on his stance that its the "junk" that caused the laptop to be slow, not the songs. :-| God I hate my parents wasting money, especially when there are things that need to be bought around the house.

Other then I have a huge presentation to present in front of the whole high school. (100 kids, so don't gasp.) Wish me luck please.

Somebody tried to steal my mums bike, failed (as it was chained) and rammed their car into it (to bend the bike) and also broke my helmet that my mum was using. Not cool D: Though the bike was [cabbage]ty as and the helmet was broken anyway :P

Also, I missed my 6:30 viewing of the news. The train was cancelled.

 

That part amazes me. HOW THE [bleep] CAN YOU CANCEL A TRAIN.

 

So, I had to sit at the station for an extra twenty minutes. And during that time I counted all the tiles in the train station. So, I figured out the intersecting square sections were 30 X 25 tiles each. Equals 750 tiles, and then for the straight area parallel with the tracks it's 25 X 10 for every 12 steps + 13 for the raised bumps which alternate 1 and 2. I'm gonna figure out the total next week. Anwyay, the train didn't come which means I missed my connecting bus, which means I had to get another bus, which means I had to walk more which means I came home late, which means I MISSED THE NEWS !

Today is my last day of being off college from being ill. I'm dreading trying to catch up on all my work since it's almost been a week off. I'm pretty much better now though, which is good because it's nice being able to breathe. :thumbup:

The weather is terrible today... TERRIBLE.

 

Wind and rain are not a good combination, I'm glad I got to come home early.

 

In other news, two days ago a woman ran into my mom's car. It's not my mother's fault at all and I'm not being biased.

 

But I can tell you one thing, Asian women are stubborn as hell.

The weather is really quite bad, I'm surprised living on a flood plain that I haven't been flooded as bad as North-east England.

 

My mum has sprayed this anti-flea insecticide around the front and back room, doesn't smell amazing, and I can't go in there without struggling to breathe, because of my asthma.

 

Apart from that, not much, 'cept TIF and MW2.
