March 24, 201511 yr You don't fry them in oil, per se, you just use enough oil, so it wouldn't stick to the pan.Or, well, in my family we use a bit too much oil for it.But still. March 24, 201511 yr Most people tend to find pancakes favorless or dull, so they use butter to make them sweeter. It's also inexpensive and cheap to serve compared to other toppings.

March 25, 201511 yr theoretical computer science sucks and upper level math sucks and in other news I have a massive problem set due tomorrow but I've read about 200 pages of a fantasy novel today so my priorities are right Also, I finally managed to find housing for my internship for the summer! But holy SHIT rent is expensive in the bay area. Ended up having to pay a hell of a lot more than I originally wanted but at least that's out of the way now and I know I won't be homeless lol
