August 10, 200817 yr ^Never really found Hugh Dennis all that funny, he seems to use the same jokes every week. But the rest of the guys on Mock the Week are brilliant, especially Frankie Boyle.
August 10, 200817 yr Jerry Seinfeld - He's able to tell hilarious and clever jokes without using any profanity at all. George Carlin - I agree with all his rantings; he complains about all the problems that people have. I haven't seen as much of his material as I should have, but I've seen enough to know he's a good one. Louis CK - Average stand-up comedian, but there's something about his personality that makes him funnier than the others.

The only comedian I dislike is Carlos Mencia. But that's a whole other story.

Damn, I've got to stop being so ignorant of current events. as for my favorite comedians, I enjoy Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert even though they probably have a board of people creating their jokes, they're still hilarious. But I think the best for me would be Jeff Dunham. Ventriloquism and comedy seem to go hand in hand, and Dunham brings all kinds of different acts to the stage. I think my favorite puppet of his would be Achmed.
