Anybody sometimes feel like they have trouble sleeping without some sort of dim light source on, or even the closet door shut?

I have trouble sleeping with the closet door open or any sort of light in the room. I used to specifically place a pillow to block my sight of my alarm clock. :P

Bleh, I gotta stay more on topic in threads lately. Anyway, I sleep in either foetus and free faller, I cannot sleep on my back under any circumstances. Though sometimes I can sleep on my sides/

On a side note, does anyone else hate when you've had a hard sports practice/workout, so you go to bed really stiff. Then the next day you wake up so sore that you can barely move?

Yeah, I can't have noise or light period. I can handle it if there are other people around, but I Can't otherwise. Mainly my paranoia of someone breaking in and me not being able to get my rifle ready.

catch it now so you can like it before it went so mainstream

i cover my face with a blanket and curl a hole so i can breathe. it always seems to be too bright for me to fall asleep without anything covering my eyes.

I generally like noise when I sleep. I tend to crank the volume way up too so I can't hear anything around me. It almost makes me feel like I'm in a different world from everyone else. This might be why I hate getting out of bed in the morning :-k

I sleep on my back; legs straight, hands on my chest, head slightly tilted to one side. It's really comfortable.

You must be "sleeping" in a coffin then.

Anyways, I sleep on my stomach, toes pointed and legs straight.

I usually pile pillows up and sleep on my back. sometimes I turn on my side... [and hug my pillow pretending that it's Snape from Hogwarts]

I can usually sleep in any position... and if my kitty [see siggy] walks by me and I'm half awake, i'[ll drag her under the covers and hug! 8-)

I sleep curled up in my bed, hugging my flail. Seriously.

I sleep with one arm under my pillow, and the other at my side. I usually fall asleep laying on my left side. I can never sleep on my stomach with both arms under the pillow because eventually, my arms will fall asleep, and that doesn't feel too good.

I have a bed for 2 persons and I always have to sleep on one pillow facing my mirror with my arm under my pillow or else I will not sleep. It's weird I tried to sleep on my other side facing my desk and I didn't sleep for 3 hours then I turned around and I fell asleep. Same with the pillow, one is soft and the other is hard so I have to sleep on the soft one.

But once i'm asleep I move everywhere. My head just bangs out my bed sometimes.

Quit Runescape... Dec 2001 - Jan 2008 on and off... mostly off.

I can sleep in pretty much any position... Except on my belly.

High pillow, low pillow, doesn't matter.

No pillow at all, doesn't matter.

Just sleeping on the hard floor? Didn't hurt me when I was on survival weekend either.

In a different position every night.

I usually end up waking up on my back, mind.

Same thing as you, except one time I rolled of my bed.

Retired from Runescape September 1, 2008

I too sleep as if I'm in a coma. My door was once repeatedly knocked on for 15 minutes, before they found a key to come and check on me. I have slept through fire alarms - even one real one! My brother yelled and insulted me, and I got up though, and saved my [wagon] from the burning motel :)

On my side, both arms in front of me. I sometime fall asleep facing my wall (next to my bed) but I always wake up the other way. I have great trouble falling asleep - I keep being mad that I am not asleep! I can never stay in happy-land for long...

Any suggestions on where to go would be appreciated.
