Haha, yeah I probably wont be going. Last time BTBAM played there I left before the headlining band anyway.

My friend saw FOT on Saturday. Got a picture with Frank. It's cool, 'cause he got pictures with Tom and Andrew back in October but couldn't find Frank :P

My parents still don't want me to go to the gig in April. I'll convince them though, I HAVE to see them live D:!

Well FOT played Seattle last night. I didn't go, as expected. Pretty disappointed because the band was posting updates on their Facebook talking about how pumped they were. <_<

I'm thinking about going to the BTBAM concert in May. They're just too good to miss. I don't care about Mastodon or that Baroness band, but Valient Thorr looks kinda cool. And the show starts at 6:30 so it's not late for a school night. Hm. Hope I can go.

I didn't really even like them then. Sucks because that was like a Saturday concert and I'm 90% sure I could have gone. Now I might not be able to go to this one because of an after school thing. :wall:

That really sucks. I got back like an hour and a half ago, and god damn that concert was amazing. The lasers.... the tower things they were all on..... holy crap that was the best concert I've ever been to. They started with Uprising and ended with Knights of Cydonia. I'm still blown away at how good it was, just the co-ordination of EVERYTHING. They all came out on these huge towers with a hole in the middle for each of them (each person on a different one) and the bottom of each went up and down as the concert progressed. The drummer also spun slowly through parts so the people in the back didn't feel left out :P. I also got a shirt for the (relatively) cheap price of $25. Next time they come here I'm definitely going again.

Girlfriend and I went to see Machine Head back on the 21st February. I can still remember the whole concert as it was so amazing xD We were right at the barrier for the whole thing. Apart from having crowd surfers dropped on us we escaped remarkably unscathed. Only real disappointment was that All Shall Perish didn't play but they were replaced by Man Must Die who did an AMAZING job, and I severely advise their album for all metalheads into ASP and stuff like that :P

But yea, I'll try and upload the video of Halo to youtube that I took and then upload it here if you guys want....... Oh and if you really want I'll tell you their setlist :)

I'm gona post THE most moving song ever on here though that they played...... I wanted to cry with both happiness and sadness :')

Saw them live this year as well. Without a doubt the loudest gig i've been to. Definately go see them again.

Saw them in Glasgow, it was the gig after the one you were at i think (going by the date on the video). Bleeding Through and Hatebreed were good, i downloaded a few of their albums after seeing them as i hadn't really been into them before i seen them. The pits when Machine Head were playing were like nothing i've seen before lol. The entire bottom floor was a big circle pit, with the smoke and the lights it looked like a battlefield. Goddamn, i want to see them again.

I bought my Mom and I two tickets to see Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers in June. It'll be at the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul which is a great, large concert venue. I'm very excited to see them and I get to light up with my Mom for the first time

Saw Lawrence Arms at Cardiff Barfly last thursday, was the first gig I've been to. It was absolutely awesome, and I think we got lucky with the crowds. A friend saw them at Bristol and said everyone was really static, but in Barfly the atmosphere was electric.

The support bands were awesome as well, Evarise Galois (or something..) and Under Stars and Gutters (bought their t-shirt :D)

If all goes according to plan, I'll be seeing Arctic Monkeys tonight.

They were decent.

I mean, I liked the music, but they weren't really enthusiastic on stage; it just seemed like they were going through the motions. The singer even looked bored. They really didn't get the crowd involved at all except for a few "thank yous" and having us clap the beat maybe twice.

The opening band, Sleepy Sun, was a total acid trip. No need to try LSD after that.

So am I glad I saw them? Yes.

Would I see them again? Eh, maybe not for $30.

I went to Muse last night and basically this ^^ They were EPIC. Best light show of any concert I've ever been to.. and possibly the best concert overall. They were awesome and the stage was like the coolest thing ever :XD:

Other concerts I've been to:

- Projekt Revolution 2004 (Linkin Park, Korn, Snoop Dogg, The Used, Less Than Jake)

- Britney Spears (D: parents took me as a "surprise" knowing perfectly well that I've never liked her lol)

- Eminem & 50 Cent

- Metallica

- Maroon 5

- Spice Girls x2 (once in their prime and once for their reunion thing)

- Anna Nalick x3 (my guitar teacher is her drummer so I went to support him.. though I love Anna Nalick too)

Pretty sure I'm missing 1 or 2 from that list >_<

I'm still not sure how I'm going to go to the Fall of Troy show next weekend. Getting there is easy, getting back, not so much.

Double post for great success. Or a bump.

Anyways, Fall of Troy concert tomorrow. I still haven't told my mom about it. It'll take some convincing and possibly lying to get her to let me go.

Barely anyone tours in Australia. I've been to a couple parkway drive concerts and hilltop hoods but that's it.. Not a big fan of acdc, plus the tickets were like 120$ so I didn't bother.

If tom loses his angels and airwaves emo voice and the new blink album is decent then I'll see them when they tour.

Ooh

28 days, illy and m-phazes are doing concerts.

Ok, barely any non australian bands tour in Australia. The only non aussies I've seen are confession and the acacia strain supporting parkway.

I'd see powderfinger if the tickets are a decent price, which I doubt. Shame jet aren't playing at the brisbane and gold coast gigs..

I'd love to see iron maiden live but they aren't coming to Australia
