Well this guide is for pures training at ankous and making a profit. I. Requirements II. Inventory & Equipment III. How To Get There IV. Information V. Responses I. Requirements 150k and Gear 60+ Attack 60+ Strength 43+ Prayer (Recruitment Drive and 20 defence if using Initiate) II. Setup - From best -> worst. 52 Prayer Method Teleport Tab 3 pure sets 19 Prayer Potions (4) Optional: DDS 43 Prayer Method With 43 prayer you don't restore as many prayer points with a potion as you do with 52 prayer. Thus why you leave out 1 pure set. Teleport Tab (Optional) 2 Pure sets 16 Prayer Potions (4) DDS (Optional) God Mitre OR Initiate helm Fire Cape > Trimmed Skill Cape > God Cloak Fury OR Salve Amulet (e) > Salve Amulet > Glory Initiate Plate > Monk Robe top Initiate Platelegs > Monk Robe bottom Climbing boots OR White boots Berserker Ring OR Ring of Wealth OR Explorer's Ring Addy Gloves > Mith Gloves OR Combat Bracelet For Attack: Whip > Dragon Scimitar & Zamorak Book > D Scim & Mith defender For Strength: Saradomin Sword > Dragon Scimitar & Zamorak Book > D Scim & Mith defender III. How To Get There Ya so basically you go in the Stronghold of security and kill Skeletons and Ankous. The Skeletons are level 68, and the Ankous are level 82 This is how you get here. Bank in edgeville and go through the portals till you get to the middle of each place, then go down the stairs in each main room till you get to this one. Kill whatever attacks you until everything is unagressive. Then start killing ankous only. If you get a random, and get teleported out just repeat what you did when you got back. Pray at all times, if you get a bass drop from an ankou, take your prayer off, and don't pray until you use the bass. IV. Information Pick up all of these items: Adamant Arrows Weapon Poison Blood Runes Death Runes Pure Essence (Noted) Mithril Ore (Noted) Battlestaves Left Half Skulls (Only if you want, you can't trade them) If you don't have room, don't take weapon poisons, and wield your adamant arrows. I was using a whip, with 70 attack and 80 strength. You can probably get over 65k/h with higher strength and attack. You get roughly the same experience/h at bandits, but here, you make roughly 100k after the money of the potions. With a fury: [ END ]: You gained 14,740 attack exp in 16mins 13secs. That's 54,536 exp/h. With a salve (e): You gained 13,552 attack exp in 15mins 11secs. That's 53,553 exp/h. [attack] exp gains for cursed toast in last 1day: 118,028 In one trip I gained 118k xp with 70 attack and 80 strength. V. I sugest that you put in to get a holy rench or w/e the thing is but it adds another +2 pray pots when you re-pot, I understand that is pretty annoying to get as for there are many requirements for it, but I think it would help if you took the time to get it.

At 43 Prayer, your going to last 121.3 Minutes with prayer on constantly At 44 Prayer, your going to last 128.4 Minutes with prayer on constantly At 52 Prayer, your going to last 142.7 Minutes with prayer on constantly Therefore.. i'd reccomend that anyone thinking about doing this who is 43 Prayer.. get at least 44 or 52.. Going from 43 to 44 gives you an extra 7 minutes of prayer, and going from 43 to 52 gives an extra 21 minutes of prayer. :o Very nice I tried it on my main worked very good :D !!!
