On agility: I did 10 emotes, juggled chinchompas 5 times (passed all 5), and backflipped 5 times (passed 4, failed 1). I received a score of 1201.

Yeah I just did this today, using only 99 methods and I got ringmaster top and bottom :D (already had hat)

Tried the method of doing all 99s with emotes in between. Here's my results:

 

Magic, lvl 66, failed four times, final score of 864

 

Ranged, lvl 53, failed three times, final score of 1048

 

Agility, lvl 59, failed zero times, final score of 1480

i can kinda confim this i did agil act only jugled chinchompas no emotes failed a few times 60 agil tbh and i got 992 on score so ya emotes and audience lower ur score i think

Just did the agillity event...scored 1255, and got a ringmaster hat! :D

 

I did emotes til it said they wouldn't count anymore then just juggled chins. The audience wasn't happy but apparently the ringmaster was. :thumbsup:

 

 

 

edit: just got a clown hat, did emotes and alchemy on the lvl 99 anvil, only splashed once.

Just got a ringmaster hat at 61 agility doing this method, scored 1202. I did use an agility pot before i did it, so i guess thats worth doing for a boost.

For some reason, I can participate in the circus. I participated in it last Friday and today is Saturday. Anybody know why? And the last one I did was not in Falador.

I think you can do the circus again as soon as it moves to a new town (I did it on friday in Edgeville and on wednesday in Falador).

 

 

 

I have had mixed results with this method. After reading this thread, I tried it in the circus in Edgeville. My results there:

 

- agility (lvl 86): 1460 (ringmaster hat)

 

- range (lvl 96): 1098 (clown)

 

- magic (lvl 98): 1072 (clown)

 

 

 

Tried the method again this week in Falador This time (same levels):

 

- agility: 899 (acrobat; failed half of the time!)

 

- range: 1395 (ringmaster)

 

- mage: 1425 (ringmaster)

 

 

 

At first I thought there must have been an update that nerfed the method, but the thread showed other players still could do it. So I looked at the things I did different. For range and mage the second time I wore range/mage outfits and took a sip from a range/mage pot. I'm pretty sure that gives u a few hundred points extra. The results for agility surprised me. The first time I wore spottier cape and boots of lightness and had full energy. The second time I didn't wear those and my energy was almost gone. Not sure if that caused my bad results. Next week I'll try and go "light" again.

 

 

 

There is also a small difference between range and mage: first time range was 26 points better, second time mage was 30 points better. I think that difference was caused by the way I did the 99 moves. It's best not to repeat the same 99 move (even with an emote in between), but to vary between the two 99 moves. For instance do mage with: emote 1 - alch anvil - emote 2 - tele anvil - emote 3 - alch anvil - emote 4 - tele anvil etc.. This will give you about 20 to 30 points more then when you repeat a 99 move. Not a lot, but for some it might mean the difference between clown and ringmaster.

due to the fact that i had all the acrobat bits i didnt get any new costumes

I was able to go in again for a second time this week today, scored 1170 on my ranged (got a tamborine lol), 900-something on magic (failed A LOT of spells). Also scored 1411 in agilty, got ringmaster boots.

Yeah, it appears that yet again the Circus has reset itself without actually moving.

 

 

 

Went and did my acts again, failed on 8 out of 10 casts on the Anvil in the Mage event and then missed nearly every spinning wheel shot on the Range event. At which point I was expecting a miserable result and yet another attempt without the Ringmaster Top.

 

 

 

I don't know quite how, but I lucked out on the Agility and succeeded at every single juggle and backflip to reach a final score of 1480 and a shiny new Ringmaster Top.

Just used this , got myself 1200+ for a ringmaster hat on agility ;D Ty : )

 

but then i kinda failed the mage one with 700 odd points but got a clown hat on the ranged one : )

Just did it again.

 

 

 

Magic: I started, I d/c'd, I failed :oops: I literally did nothing, and I didn't even get audience stuff!

 

Ranged: I did emote, bullseye, emote, poppinjay, repeat. Failed 3 or 4 times, score: 890

 

Agility: Emote, chins, emote, backflip, repeat. Did not fail and got 1490!!! :thumbsup:

Did ok in agility and range not getting anything since I have full acrobat but in agility got lucky and got a ringmasters hat.

I have managed to get ringmaster hat,shirt + clown shoes off the agility one by taking chins and torches to juggle.

 

 

 

I go out start with an emote do a large leap, do a different emote, juggle chins, do a different emote, do the other highest level move (cant think what it is!), do a different emote, juggle torches etc etc and just keep going on like that.

 

 

 

I only have 63 agility so dont quite see how it works! Dont follow what the audience tell you to do it seems to worsen your score.

 

 

 

As far as the range and mage ones go I have no idea how to get a decent score I try a diff tactic every week and still do no better! even though my range and mage are higher than my agility. :? :wall:

 

 

 

Oh and wear your best acrobat gear seems to help with agility but who knows if it ACTUALLY does lol

Circus moved to Rimmington, north of POH portal. I scored 1182 in Ranged to start off, just great -.- Did get my last piece of Ringmaster equipment on the magic challenge though, scored almost 1.4k, the agility challenge gave me nothing.
