SirHartlar
Thanks for the help, I tried it on Ranged and Magic this week but completely messed it up on Magic for some reason. I got the Ringmaster Hat on Ranged, and I bought boosting pots so next week I'm going to try for more high clothes. :)
Ollyc3
Mine as well. Does the Ringmaster Hat have some hidden feature we don't know about yet? I think he means its a good costume to use while doing performances. I remember the circus guy mentioning funky costumes etc, I think Ringmaster helps out - I havent done a performance in anything lower than 1320 while having a piece lol.. Could just be luck. Btw make sure you pot up before performances, I didn't fail a single thing this week because of it. 2376/2376 total achieved - May 2009 Retired Dec 2009
Bauke
Hmm, interesting topic. I wondered why I couldn't get a high score with simply doing what the audience wants with emotes in between. I'ma try this out. Twitter ||| Google+ ||| Facebook ||| LinkedIn ||| My very interesting weblog about science

tintin113
Wow it worked and I got Ringmaster Hat! : TY!!!! It only worked for agility for me though lol. Succeeded on 4/5 chinchompa juggles and all 5/5 of my backflips at just 64 agility, but failed waay too often at mage and range 99 spots to get Ringmaster. Zaaps1
How do the effects of costumes impact your score? I've been using full clown. Dragonwizerd
Heh, I just found out how to get ringmaster for every event, and it works ~80% of the time. Basically, you have to completely ignore the audience That's perfectlyy describes how my my ex-gf works. Well, if she is the audience, and ringmaster is... well... I'll have to try that next time. Yayyyyyy...
Ixindor
I was wearing Boots of Lightness and Spottier Cape. And didn't pot up on anything. I was seriously trying to get a low score. My plan was to go in and do the highest things possible in a row, this way the audience would get mad. I also was neglecting emotes, since they help. And it backfired in a really ironic way. I think its safe to say, just do the highest thing possible with emotes and you are golden.
Salad
The agility thing works! I got arround 600 first 2 weeks then bam 1116 points today! I love you :)
muggiwhplar
I've got the ringmaster hat and top so far... 99 range, 96 magic, 70 agility... For every event I wear the ringmaster hat because circus clothing increases your rating... though I don't wear the ringmaster top because I believe my arma plate and ahrim top give me a better chance of success w/ throwing projectiles and casting spells rather than getting a higher rating w/ higher chance of failure... Anyone know how to get 1200+ from magic? I always get like 1190 or something because I fail at least one spell... I'm wondering if there's a more reliable method to getting a higher score? Here's what I do... I consistently get 1400+ from ranged and agility but never from magic yet... Range: I always stand at the 99 locations Throw knife at duck Emote Throw axe at duck Emote Shoot arrow at duck Emote Throw knife at duck Emote Throw axe at duck Emote Throw knife at rotating guy Emote (repeat till finished) Agility: I ignore the audience because they always request low lvl things which results in a low score Backflip (lvl 99) Emote Juggle chins (lvl 99) Emote (repeat till finished) Magic: Alch anvil (lvl 99) Emote Tele lvl 90 object Emote Tele anvil Emote Alch lvl 90 object (repeat till finished)
Randox
ddly enough the RSOF supports this. I found a 'guide' ammounting to basicly the same thing but didn't know if I could bring myself to trust anything comeing out of the RSOF. I think I might give this a go. sarg1010
weird... I did the circus last wednesday (4 days ago i guess) and, just for poops and giggles, went to the circus again. It let me do it again  used this method and got nothin but ringmaster \ Unfinished netherrack symbol of Khorne. Never forget. ~creeper face w/single tear~ DO YOU HEAR THE VOICES TOO?!?! Ravenkana
Maybe it's just me, but I think it's pathetic when you need to ignore a mini game's rules to succeed in it. It's like making a lot of noise, wearing vivid red or blue clothing, and purposely REFUSING to use cover to win your wars... If the CORPORAL beast is this hard, imagine how hard a GENERAL or COLONEL beast would be. a corporal is not even an admirable rank in armies that use that ranking system. Yeah, it is a pking minigame, so any arguments anybody makes will probably be biased. The best way this will end :Everybody just says,"I'm not arguing with you anymore, goodbye."The worst way this will end: I don't really know, psychological warfare? Worldwide thermonuclear war? Pie eating contest?
SwordKing
Same here, I went to the circus in Edgeville on Wednesday, but today it let me in again. I decided not to follow the audience's suggestions today, and I scored 1181 in magic (one alch failed, I alternated alch with teleports of the lvl 99 anvil), over 1200 in Agility by doing emotes(got Ringmaster Hat), juggling chins and doing backflips. I also got 1100ish in Ranging, because I missed 2 or 3 times. Better luck next time ! :D
Bauke
I did notice that repetitive moves (which might give you a high score) do result in a low ammount of xp gained from the event. I have all the ringmaster equipment now, so next time it'll be all variety. Since the xp is nice too.. lol. SirHartlar
For some reason, like somebody else mentioned, I could do the circus again today even though I did it on Wednesday. I managed to get 1200+ score on all the events at 95 Ranged, 94 Magic and 73 Agility. I used pots as well to boost and I have full ringmaster minus the trumpet thing which I don't care for that much. :P

Calzo
I also just tried it today after already performing on wednesday =/ Scored :1450 in range 1250 in agilty and only 800 in mage. With only 56 agilty i failed the 99 stunts once But failed the 81 mage at least 5 times :S Now have full ringmaster though
Julius47108
Tried doing the higher levels and working my way down, doesn't work as well as just doing the 99's over and over again, I'll try it that way next week. http://www.erepublik.com/en/referrer/Julius+Rodvigo <-- Clicky! Soma2035
Just FYI, the reason the repeating 99 moves works is because it doesn't count as repetition as long as you do three things in between. You can only do emotes once so, Emote - You can not repeat this. 99 Task #1 - You can not repeat this for the next 3 moves. Emote - Must be a new one, and you still can not repeat 99 Task #1 until you do 2 more tasks. 99 Task #2 - You can not repeat this one for the next 3 moves. 1 task til you can repeat Task #1. Emote - Must be a new one. You must do 2 tasks before you can repeat Task #2, but you can do task #1 again. 99 Task #1 - Rinse and repeat. If you alternate like this you'll get full points. However, if you do your 10 emotes FIRST, you will lose the ability to alternate tasks without point loss. Thus every repeated move will give slightly fewer points. Also, it's worth noting that the scoring isn't consistent. I literally executed this perfectly once, 10/10 magic tasks, and got 1195 points. The time after, I messed up 2 tasks, and yet I score 1350. One of my friends tried it three times and executed it perfectly ever time but hasn't gotten over 950 points yet. This may work for you, this may not. My suggestion is to keep trying this if you want Ringmaster. As for the complaint that this is "cheating", this is really a pretty dull mini game. It's also near impossible to win the highest ranking prizes while following the "normal" method. If your goal is to enjoy the game, then yea, avoid this. But if you just want the Ringmaster's hat (which has an incredibly awesome and secret usage), and that's your only goal, then this method will save you many weeks of frustration.
