October 11, 200817 yr Hah, I looked at the picture first before watching the video, and I thought to myself, "What's going on? Is she wearing an offensive earring or something?" I'm not being ignorant here or something. I did think about the possibility of wrinkles as I first saw the image, but she looks fine. Even if she did have wrinkles, why should that matter? If people need to get so worked up about looks in someone's presidential career, there might be something wrong with the candidate's politics.

Palin isn't using this against the democrats, maybe some of her followers are but she is not -.-.
October 11, 200817 yr I was mainly making fun of the people who follow her, suggesting that they have to find something as trivial as this to get worked up over just to sustain their support of her.
October 11, 200817 yr Hey, if people rhyme Obama with Osama, can I rhyme Palin with Stalin? Pa-lin Stal-in i get it, the second syllable is similar. Not really, maybe you should blame dave chappelle for the obama-osama thing. Oh Fox news, you silly little thing, I despise you so much... Ever notice how the conservative people they bring onto the show are extremely loud, and never listen to the liberal people (who tend to be a lot more rational)? you must be new to news channels.

October 11, 200817 yr Newsweek is a liberal magazine. Of course they wouldn't touch up her picture. I had a piece of grass on my shoe, and she wiped that off. Yeah. Impressive, eh? That's probably the closest I've ever been to having sex. :P

October 12, 200817 yr I think the newspaper covers sarah pretty accurately. ehs neglects wrinkle cream and doesnt afraid of anything She doesn't need wrinkle cream :P. Put anyone that close bathed in light and you are bound to see the individual cracks in the skin. Usually they do brush it up with supermodels. But Palin is not one, she is a politician. My heart is broken by the terrible loss I have sustained in my old friends and companions and my poor soldiers. October 13, 200817 yr Im an Obama supporter and I think it's good that they showed her flaws. This chick is running on a pretty face and nothing else. Take that away and she's an American idiot. Doesn't really matter though b/c in the end when she's at a rally people are going to see that pretty face and hear what was given to her to say and disregard anything of importance. The cover has a point. "She's one of the folks and that's the problem" Then the pic compliments it well. You 3 should have your own show. '2 tards and an moron'... has a nice ring to it. lol I think she's an idiot because she is on a ticket with the campaign slogan "country first" and answers easy questions (which should be common knowlege for someone in politics) like and gets public reactions like A reaction that I most definitely agree with. My point is with "country first" as your slogan she either A) didn't know how little she knew about politics or B) wants a little bit of fame regardless of how disasterous her "success" would be. Neither involves considering her country first, let alone what's best for it. Then of course I'll go into her frail e-mail accounts, countless jokes of an interview without even being pressed hard as opposed to the Obama-O'Reiley interview. This chick offers absolutely nothing in terms of being a president and therefore on the level of what president should be...she's a ****ing flaming idiot. And quite honestly, I'd put up 2 boxes of oreos to your [cabbage]ty bag of candy corn that says I'm smarter than that pissant VP canidate. Btw, what does me being a DI elder have to do with anything? URL tags don't work Oh I see, my sig just says DAMAGE INCOROPORATED ELDER like it's supposed to mean something. Even though it does, but I don't want to sound all arrogant about my clan. So I'll just say the other truth. It was supposed to be 'proud DI elder' but for some reason I just forgot the proud. What exactly is Obama running on? Sarah Palin actually has a pretty good list of things she has done while Governor, while Obama has done nothing really worth noting in his illustrious career as the junior senator from Illinois. I mean I could think of a few better picks, but she is an excellent VP choice. My carbon footprint is bigger than yours...and you know what they say about big feet. October 18, 200817 yr I love how people are debating that Palin is stupid. Here's a fact, folks: All of them are smarter than you. Obama is a Senator. What was he before he started politics? A lawyer? So, yes, quite smart. Biden - another Senator (for quite some time), another lawyer. Palin - a Governor. Was a mayor, right? McCain - Senator. If they weren't more qualified than you, you would be running for President or Vice President, I daresay. Jeez, does it even make a difference? McCain-Palin and Obama-Biden's policies are intensely similar. EDIT: Hm, this coulda gone in the actual election thread as well. Meh. catch it now so you can like it before it went so mainstream
October 18, 200817 yr The picture is what it is, theres nothing that can be done now. Anyways Obama and Biden have great body language and debate experience. Palin does not have much debate experience and McCain's body language could be better. You really just have to look for the facts of what they are saying. October 18, 200817 yr Yeah, for a politician, McCain is a terrible debater. Well, all-around terrible public speaker, actually. Which is likely to be the main reason he loses the election. catch it now so you can like it before it went so mainstream

So is Bush, and he won twice. No, there's a difference. Bush was deliberately a bad speaker, deep down, he knew exactly what he was saying. It was part of his charisma that allowed voters to relate to him, even if his policies were coo-coo. | Favourite Game Music | Last.fm | HYT Friend Chat Rules |
