If people need to get so worked up about looks in someone's presidential career, there might be something wrong with the candidate's politics.

What exactly is Obama running on? Sarah Palin actually has a pretty good list of things she has done while Governor, while Obama has done nothing really worth noting in his illustrious career as the junior senator from Illinois. I mean I could think of a few better picks, but she is an excellent VP choice.

No, there's a difference. Bush was deliberately a bad speaker, deep down, he knew exactly what he was saying. It was part of his charisma that allowed voters to relate to him, even if his policies were coo-coo.
