loqk
ooh, i just imagined 20 rangers standing on the same spot all with rings of stone. you walk in and see 1 white dot and a rock where a person should be. you get too close trying to work out what it is and an unending rain of arrows descends upon you..... Master_Smither
It was a decent read nothing spectacular but it did pass the time. A bit lengthy and too much of a story and I enjoy the other type of articles better. But I guess it does talk about range somewhat but it is more of a life story. I'd like it a bit more expanded but yet compact if you know what I meen. It didn't realy stop at a good place in the story but I'm not an English Major or anything. Inuashakent
Not the best article, plus most of the imformation isn't as efficient as good as could be. Times always amazes me with their ability to make Runescape sound like a much different game. That would have helped when running from the rev at those last two levels, because doesnt it teleport out till level 30 wilderness? 99 Crafting :: 39,750th || 99 Attack :: 1,775th
n_odie
Great Read Good facts, interesting story and well-used language. Loved how the "Did You Know" was the complete opposite of the text Creditted the wrong person though :P But yeah, Ranging is underrated in RS, And I can even feel this in my own clan; we're sort of looking for a bunch of range-focussed cmb people :) I just want to apologize. The "did you know" is thanks to the Tal Shiar Alliance! Yet another fantastic fact! =D> RIP MichaelangelopolousThanks to cowboy14 for the pimp sig! loqk
yep, quoting the manual: "Up to level 30, enchanted dragonstone jewellery, the Pharaoh's Sceptre and grand seed pods from the Gnome Restaurant minigame may be used, and a ring of life will save you if activated." the other teleports can be used up to level 20 (http://www.runescape.com/kbase/viewarti ... le_id=1700) however Necromagus didn't say he got blasted 2 levels from level 20, he said 2 levels from safety, so he may have died at level 32 wildy where neither his ammy, nor the ring could have saved him
imzachhubla
it was a very nice read, although i would recommend fire giants for new members, if they should not have the money to lose anything or get supplies. there are plenty of safespots and quite acceptable drops. the bank is a bit further away, but you can also stay longer. Just a suggestion of mine for new members that want to range 99 cooking achieved on december 7th 2008

Laikrob
This and the "A Time Of War" were definitely very well written and interesting compared to some of the others articles lately in my eyes. Different can be good too, and this is a perfect example of it. You're accusing me of bigotry, how ironic. It's a nice attempt at argument, but your responses are facile and asinine, if not diatribe. Who's arrogant now? Maximusa
A fun read. Cant think much to comment on. I dont like range either so dont relate too much. I remember going to lessers and stuff to range. I remember going up wild to kill the greaters but it was melee style. Golvellius
That tip at the bottom is about as wrong as wrong can be. Magic level doesn't effect your magic defense at all. Its magic defense assigned to the armour + your defense level that effect the dice throws. This notion has been brought up a long time ago along with agility helps range defense. In both cases, when they had customer support, people were able to post replies from Jagex on here stating those notions to be dead wrong. Exclusive Legacy Mode Player He just successfully trolled you with "courtesy" and managed to get a reaction out of you. Lol
