If it bothers you that much use your ignore list more, but I can guarantee you that it will fill up pretty fast. If it's really that bad I suggest you turn your chat to friends or off so you don't have to deal with it at all. I promise you that Jagex will never make the word 'noob' reportable though. People in the game have used it so much incorrectly that it is now rendered useless when you use it in correct terms. I personally think of the term 'Noob' to be someone who is new and not familiar with something. In other words, they are new to the game. I don't think of it as an offensive term. People in the game have however made it to be an offensive word. I believe the actual meaning and the new (player-made) meaning is the difference between Jagex saying it is not offensive and you feeling offended by it. I don't mean to offend anyone in the game. Even if for some reason someone angers me and I am unable to laugh it off I still would not resort to the term 'Noob', because that would make me a hypocrite.
