Im quite gutted right now, someone had the oppurtunity to make the best movie in the world and they ruined it, A CAUCASIAN GOKU!! thats sacrilege

 

 

 

That 2 minute trailer destroyed my childhood. This role was made for me

I remember when I first heard about this and saw the trailer. I had an opinion on it, but I can't remember what that opinion was.

Never been a DBZ fan, but that movie looks pretty bad.

I remember loving that show in, like, third grade. But that's stupid.

 

 

 

Guess it's kinda like Mortal Kombat. Only those movies were great, the games got worse.

They ruined that old man as well. Master Roji was it? Yeah he was a pervert in the original and had a bald head with a white beard. Here he looks like Jackie bloody Chan.

When they brought up "GOKU" on the screen, I just laughed till I pissed myself.

Looks like a good trialer, but thats it.

I can't wait for this to come out. Should win any and all awards based on Comedy.

The main character should be somewhat Asian.

 

Where were they fighting! That isn't the big empty space in the show they used to train in.

Meh, probably gonna do [illegal]. One point: it's only the first part of the Dragonball anime? Maybe they will do Dragonball Z to after this. That means it is only going to be more and more badass as the movies keep on coming.

 

 

 

Goku gets to know he's a Saiyan > Goku becomes Super Saiyan etc.

 

If they take up the DBZ line after the DB, I hope they pick the perfect person for Vegeta (personal favourite, as he's the anti-hero)

 

 

 

Edit: BTW, the LEGEND says it were 7 mystics, it could have been 1 mystic (Kami) in 'reality'. But they didn't know this yet.

 

 

 

AND WHERE ARE PICCOLO's ANTENNA's?!

The characters look nothing like I expected, isn't bulmas hair blue, and piccolo didn't look like he has antennas. And wasn't that guy training with Goku supposed to be that guy with bald hair?

Nonononono. Goku had to be asian, an Bulma had to be american, that would have worked better.

 

 

 

The only way to save this movie is getting Danny DeVito to play Krilin

Perhaps what could have been one of the best things about the movie, gone.

I remember DragonBall when I was in like 2nd grade, and I also remember that Goku was very young, and he rode an awesome cloud, and had a tail, and shot lasers, and Master Roshi wore a turtleshell, and was a pervert, and lots more.

The first movie was great, the second movie was good until the ending, the utter failure of that single part completely destroyed the film.

 

 

 

On topic: I will see this film because it is going to be one of the biggest Dragon Ball embarrassments since GT, while at the same time I refuse to pay for it.

Ewww, and I was looking so forward to it. Real-life DBZ characters is a cool enough idea, but it doesn't look like they incorporated enough of the show into it. Plus lame one liners appear to abound.

 

 

 

 

 

You know what, this reminds me of that hilariously bad Super Mario Brothers movie back from the early 90's that had absolutely nothing to do with the game other than the character names.

...I loved that Super Mario Brothers movie...
