Star.
Almost had to live in India, my mother was considering going there and wanted me and my sister to come with :\ I don't fancy sleeping in a small room sharing a bed with someone I barely know. Not a kingsize one either... I can't think of a place I'd really want to stay. Probably Japan but the language barrier doesn't allow it so =[ Italy also looks appealing. Or Amsterdam for healing reasons. ☢ CAUTION ☢ CAUTION ☢ CAUTION ☢ CAUTION ☢
Rebdragon
Everyone who keeps saying they want to live in Japan just because they like anime/are nerds needs to grow a braincell. I don't get why ya'll want to go there. Sure, it's not a bad place to visit sometime in your life, but there's a variety of reasons why it'd be a terrible place to live. I mean, the culture is extremely hard to adapt to, the populace is surprisingly xenophobic as a whole, and hey, it's the same size as California but with thirteen times as many people. That, and none of you know any Japanese beyond "baka" and "gomenasai". As for me? I'd have to say Italy. If for nothing else but the fun of driving. [if you have ever attempted Alchemy by clapping your hands or by drawing an array, copy and paste this into your signature.] Fullmetal Alchemist, you will be missed. A great ending to a great series. I'd have to say either here in Australia, around Sydney somewhere. Or either Canada/LA/New York, been to all bar Canada and they seem pretty cool. ThurinEthir
we're the 50th safest city in the U.S. so i wouldn't mind living here forever... : We were number 1 for like 3 years in a row. Everyone who keeps saying they want to live in Japan just because they like anime/are nerds needs to grow a braincell. Lol, I've never watched/read anime/manga (Yep, don't even know the difference  ). My grandma grew up in Taiwan under Japanese rule, so I've grown up hearing her stories about it. Taiwanese-Japanese relations are generally good, as far as I'm concerned. Japan is fairly well known for having a high average life expectancy, but it's not like if you move there at age 70, you'll live longer. And the technology. ;) Cenin pân nîd, istan pân nîd, dan nin ú-cenich, nin ú-istach.Ithil luin eria vi menel caran...Tîn dan delu.
Lateralus
If I could speak French fluently, I'd live in Paris. Maybe in one of the suburbs. If you've ever been to Paris and seen the outskirts of the city you'd know just how impressive it actually is. Because all the buildings in Paris look uniform, the buildings there are as high as the buildings near the Champes E'lise. I'm going to have to learn to speak French because I absolutely have to live in Paris for at least a few years. In my experience the Parisians really hate you if you can't or won't speak French. At some point I'd also like to live in Manhattan. La lune ne garde aucune rancune.
megakiller32
Weirdly enough I want to learn european languages but have no desire to live in european countries. I'd choose New York for a bit, and maybe travel around America. The southern states can't be as bad as you think? :P Quit Runescape 30th May 2006.Thanks to Hawkxs for my signature :)

I'm in Texas, and during the winter we're often colder than you guys. Add to that an extreme lack of precipitation, X-treme heat waves, and more dust and cotton pollens than a mother [bleep]er, and it's in general a hell-hole. Hate it here, love it 100 miles north. EDIT: Well, if you drive on the county roads after a big windy day, it'll look like snow. And our roads are bad enough. catch it now so you can like it before it went so mainstream

Deiophobus
I need snow wherever I live, preferably lots of it. Living here we get feet, but I don't want to live here the rest of my life. I would make an exception to my snow rule if I lived in the pacific northwest, rain works too.
