3PointMan
Any thoughts on Bruno? I just saw it. I thought it was hilarious! It had a little more nudity than I thought, but a great follow-up to Borat. http://i612.photobucket.com/albums/tt206/samtheninja/Tags/FEARLESStag.jpg http://i787.photobucket.com/albums/yy156/song4thedeaf/stuff.png what i'm doing now: https://linktr.ee/student1

Kiriyama
Im boycotting it, because I dont like the actor. That, combined with your signature made me laugh. I liked the sound of it at first, then I saw some trailers, that put me off. Going for cheap laughs isn't really my type of comedy. Intriguing
I think Sacha Baron Cohen is hilarious, but I didn't really like this movie. It wasn't because of the excessive amount of gay scenes or anything, I just didn't find it that funny. I think I had one fully laugh-out-loud moment, and in comparison to Borat, that's not much. Cool.

JeremyM
Just saw it, thought it was way better than Borat. I cant believe how hard it must be for Sacha to keep a straight face when hes doing all this stuff! RayOxide
Ali G gets a 9/10 from me Borat gets a 9.3/10 (not worth watching numerous times like Ali G is though...) Bruno gets an 8/10. I didnt really like it as much as the others but it was still a pretty epic vid. I liked the army scene I dont need a siggy no moar.
mcneilp
I liked it. Love how he can do all this and still keep a straight face without breaking character. 3PointMan
In my honest opinion, I think Bruno was funnier. The character "Bruno" was much funnier that "Borat." His scenes in Borat are funnier, but the character Bruno looks funnier. B+ for Borat A- for Bruno http://i612.photobucket.com/albums/tt206/samtheninja/Tags/FEARLESStag.jpg http://i787.photobucket.com/albums/yy156/song4thedeaf/stuff.png what i'm doing now: https://linktr.ee/student1

StrOwez
It hasn't got a scratch on Borat, but that's not to say that it isn't a good film. Borat was so original that everything he did was unexpected and therefore more fun. Bruno's script is so messed up that it takes away from the enjoyment of the film. The karate scene and the 'Bruno's TV show' are my favourite bits, which made me laugh, other scenes such as the swingers party, army, made me force laughs. The most shocking part of the movie wasn't the excessive penis exposure or gay sex, it was the American moms and dads who would do anything to get their toddler on television.. forcing a kid to lose weight is child abuse imo. A friend to all is a friend to none.

Harakiri
I gotta wait to see it on DVD. I have heard mixed things about it, but Borat was definately one of the funniest things I have ever seen. When he showed the etiquette teacher that picture of himself and his son! HAHAHA! "Should I show picture of my family." "Yes, that's good." "Here's a picture of me and my son." PAMELA! I liked the comercials for Bruno. The OJ joke and when he was in the army and did the Nazi salute was pretty funny.
indy500fan
It's not quite as "smart" for lack of a better word as Borat, but if you enjoyed Borat you will definitely enjoy Brüno.
Plugpoint
Borat was definately one of the funniest things I have ever seen. When he showed the etiquette teacher that picture of himself and his son! LOL YES I'd forgotten about that bit! The bit where he craps in a bag's the best though lmao. I'm shocked Sacha Baron Cohen doesn't get recognised more during the stunts that aren't set up. Latinoking
Just saw it, not as funny as I hoped it would be. Some of the gay jokes got real boring fast, in my opinion such as the workout machine. But there were plenty of laughs in between. Such as how the stars reminded him of gay guys when he talked with the hunters, when he asked the physic if he can kiss the dead guy, and the karate scene. Wisp
The character just isn't likable in this movie, where you could actually like borat. That's the main flaw. Some scenes were a bit forced, but the funniest part for me was the part with the parents trying to get their kids on tv. "Does he have any problems with lit magnesium?" "He loves it" (Paraphrased, it was some other element that wasn't magnesium, but the point is the same) And then telling one woman her kid got the part, and he would be playing a nazi officer pushing a jew in a cart into an oven, and she was fine with it. indy500fan
I'm guessing most of those parents were figuring that if they saw something actually happen that they didn't like they would just pull their kids out of there. But they were going to answer yes to everything in order to get the job. Are you sure it wasn't magnesium? For some reason I thought it was also. Anyways I like how they actually did hire the kids to do the crucifixion picture.
Dizzle229
I haven't actually seen any of the movies, but is it true that Cohen dresses up as the character and talks to random people, and just throws that footage into movie form? Get back here so I can rub your butt.
