I didn't know how to change the attack style for ages so trained my attack to about level 25 before a friend told me.

I got like 20 wc on my first day, then I got addicted to it. I got my first 1k on my second day, and thought I was the richest player ever :lol:

I remember my first day of RuneScape. I had an account named 123_Alex_123. 'Twas a wonderful time-- back in RSC. The sleeping bag..the "LOL WHOOPS YOU JUST SLIPPED.. CUT THE TR33 AGAIN", the cowhides.. I don't remember all that much but cursing IRL when the guard at the gate kept asking me for 10 gold.. \

When i joined runescape, i was standing on Lumbridge and i thought looking the map to explore the world. Then i saw there was a Wizard's Tower and thought it sounded cool, so i decided to go there. I went north through the road and then west, ignoring all intersections... Only when i reached the sea, i realized i had taken the wrong path, but also thought "The world seemed bigger in the map...". This was back in rsc days.

my friend gave me some steel stuff and said I owed him 235 gp and i was like holy crap he must be rich... then i got lost and when describing the area to my friend i said "lots of trees" :oops:. also my other friend showed me 10k and i was amazed i thought he was the richest player in runescape :XD:

I think after wandering around Lumbridge for a bit I went out and killed a goblin.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

And then I wandered further, was confused at how the RS pking system worked and got killed on the way to Varrock. : P

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I started in Feb. 2001 - no Tutorial Island and PKing everywhere. It was a hard life out there for a noob. :)

It's been almost 5 years since my first day so I don't exactly remember... but I do remember various things as a noob my first 5 months or so. Like, having no idea how to talk to npcs (it was waylan the chain mail salesman in fally) since I didn't notice the lil cyan text options in the upper lefthand corner... I tried adding "waylan" to my friends list :lol: Then getting some free stuff like bronze and iron from my friend who i met in rimmington (why rimmington? donno) and being very happy. Then I lost my iron at dark wizard's tower to the mean dark wiz on the top floor (i also remember seeing SO many noobs die up there for fun when i was a lil higher level... but i was once one of them )

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Man I miss those days. I also remember my first day as a p2p when I thought dragon longs, axes, and dragonstone ammies were godly. Then of course, the fun of exploring, and being angry cuz I thought i was completely restricted to the Taverely since I couldnt get past that darn level 70 something Pack leader on white wolf mountain...

lol i went a around going this game is stupid because i couldn't find the exit out of lumby castle then i saw it and went #-o #-o

noobs had a hard time

on my first day igot like 20 firemaking... you nkow the log respawns in lumby castle? on classic there was a small room with 4 logs like so tiny the room, i just went around... fire fire fire fire fire fire

 

 

 

a guy came in and said

And went back down the ladder

found my friend at draynor after 30 mins of searching for it, went to rimmington and killed the man upstairs in the house with the pickaxe and looted bronze scimitars to sell to the general store for a few hours...

I got killed by a man ( :oops: ) and lost my brand new iron short sword. I think it was an iron short sword, at least.. Don't remember.

i only ran to some placed, died some times and killed alot of goblins

i went to scorpians and got killed after that happened i fought cows

My first day I explored. I went as far north as I could and i went in the wildy. I got killed by a black knight. Then i quit until a few days then i trained my skills up and started a new account.

I wasn't one of the people who stayed in lumbridge for years, I was one of the people who had the courage to venture outside lumbridge and die. :|

Just as I finished cooking my own shrimp and opened the gate, I saw a red flag on my mini map, so i tried to follow it, but it kept moving!! Then I realized that the flag indicated to what point I wanted to go!! :lol:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I joined on February 17th 2007 and believe it or not, I did the same exact thing.

I went to varrok and got attacked i the mage circle :x and died, gave up for three Days lol

I took a detour throough the wilderness to ge to varroack

my first day i went to draynor manor an were killed by a ghost and lost 10 gp :(

I remembered chosing new york as world. When i came in lumbridge for the first time I thought it was the new york of runescape :D cause I got lost as soon as I arrived

i got lost.

I wandered around runescape on my first day. Killed some stuff then got tired and didn't know I had to find a bed... so I wandered some more... this was in RSC

I wandered around searching through sacks and boxes for money....and killed a few chickens. \
