It is a woodcutting tool with a side benefit of being able to be used as a pickaxe (with the same speed of a rune pickaxe). And I refuse to buy it for more then 4m because it just doesn't seem worth that to me. If you're wondering, dharoks seems to get you the most kills using it there even using a cannon won't beat it.
