How about people who are keen to make a video (whether it be by themselves or with a friend) send a message to someone (probably l0rd) saying that they are eager to make a video.

The person who's organising all this then makes a list of all the people who want to make a video, and then each week draw someone's name out of a hat or similar.

 

The chosen person then gets given a challenge (e.g Drink 10 gallons of milk in 10 minutes?!?! or Follow 40 cats) and they have to record a video and post it here. :D

 

And if someone wants an interview I guess it could happen over something like skype if you don't have any friends.

This is a good idea. But from past experience, it doesn't seem as though an overwhelming amount of people actually want to make a video.

 

Although actually making a list for people to sign up on might motivate them to do so.

I'd be keen to do something. I would make a video, but I'd definately need some inspiration... eg: I have nothing to make a video about...

I recently got a camera too I can probably do one too. But like Jeff I need an inspirations, I have friends who play RuneScape and out of those friends two use different communities. One uses Sal's Forum and Guides and the other one uses Runescape Wiki.

Not really sure what you are asking here. You take a camera, record something, edit, upload, done.

Or were you referring to the non obvious ideas ect. part of video making?

Guys, post on this topic if you want to make a video and I will make a list of people willing to film themselves. You could even team up with another person online (who also needs a camera).
