Most useful item in Runescape...

Featured Replies

So, after someone in an irc channel said "accumulator is the best item ever," it started a little discussion.

What is the MOST important item in Runescape?

A whip? Pure essence? Or maybe a Bronze dagger?

What do you all think?

Interesting. I'm sure there isn't one item that is the most useful. No matter what you do, you most likely rely on more than 1 item.

The most useful item in Runescape is definitely wooden shield. Seriously, nothing is better than that...

Itam might be able to prove you wrong.

For me, it's a Tan Cavalier. Nothing's better than looking stylish!

I love to meet people; send me a pm if you see me on RuneScape! :)

For me it's gotta be my sgs or whip, both such great weapons where ever you take them.

The very heart of the game rests on the gold piece.

I think there was a thread on this a while ago, oh well though  . Personally I think it's the Explorer Ring 3: 30 high alchs, 150% run restore, and cabbage tele are all insanely useful.

I'd definitely have to agree with law rune. It was around before pure essence. ;-)

Yeah, but if you really had to think of ONE item that is the most important, besides coins to buy everything, since coins themselves are useless. I'm still thinking of one myself.

You should make a most useful inventory :P That'd be fun for people to construct their 28 items that they must play the rest of rs with. I'm sure you could make a decent list, naturally neglecting some skills.

Tinderbox -> Hatchet -> Glory ammy -> Mining pick -> Hammer -> 4 Box traps -> Bow

You get the idea.

Would be too hard. All the runes you need would already take up 1/3 of your space.

Not a bad idea to make the inventory, I may try it some time.

Runes would probally take 6 spaces

And I wouldnt take up 4 spaces with box traps lol.

PURE ESSENCE

Frankly I do not give a damn about runes but PURE ESSENCE is definitely where it's at.
