Also, thought I'd post this. It is an absolutely great video for those starting out, and a good portion of more experienced "weight lifters" (Putting it that way to encompass a larger group). In essence it's basic nutrition that far to few know. The guy is very experienced and knows what he is talking about. Good video to watch/listen to. I am not a skiller, but i do some skills. Even with just the bar when I warm up I get it. This is horrible. My relaxation method involves a bottle of lotion, beautiful women, and partial nudity. Yes I get massages. Sticking with the 5x5 routine then going onto incline bench and fly's and finishing off with chest dips is going well.
