Malgoradan
Here's a good one, one I am intending to do eventually. Buy an Onyx from the Tzarr shop and create a Berzerker Necklace. Why?: The Onyx costs a whopping 2.4 million (I might be a bit off on the number) Tokkul, and Tokkul is an untradable item. Creating a Berzerker necklace also takes high level magic and crafting. What's not allowed:1. Buying the Onyx off of another player/the G.E.2. Using assistance to craft or enchant the necklace.3. Using an Enchant Onyx tablet (unless you made the tab yourself). Unfortunatly thats really easy within your restrictions. All he has to do is:1. Buy lots of obby weapons on the GE.2. Sell in TzHaar with Karamaja Gloves 3 equipped(Repeat until enough Tokkul is obtained)3. Buy Onyx with K Gloves 3 on and Tokkul. Other restrictions that need to be added are at no point may you sell Obby Items in TzHaar for Tokkul that you have not obtained yourself, and at no point may you sell any Items in TzHaar for Tokkul that you have not obtained yourself. And the Onyx is 2.4M Gp but only 300k Tokkul (260k Tokkul with Discount). Well, I thought it wasn't really necessary as I thought Jagex removed the ability to sell items to the Tzaar shops. If there are still shops you can sell to, then of course that would be a restriction (as well as not using the gloves). How about this one: Get a full set of Infinity Robes, a Master Staff, and a Mage's book, all using Pizazz points, all in one trip. EDIT: Also, I just went to the TzHarr shop to double check the price, and I was a bit off. The Uncut Onyx is 2.7m Tokkul.

muggiwhplar
I made a topic like this a couple of years ago... You have to remember that the things on the list have to actually be challenging and not just tedious/long/boring. Off the top of my head, a few things I remember from mine were Kill all GWD bosses in one tripBeat the fight caves w/o prayer restorationKill Jad w/ wind strikeKill KBD w/o dragonfire protectionKill a clan of revenants soloGet a kill count of 100+ in CWEarn over 5k tokkul from one round at the Fight PitsSolo the KQ as if she was just released - meaning, the date is September 7, 2004 and you can't use any items or skills which were introduced into the game after that date (no summoning, no barrows equipment, no godswords, no saradomin brews, no abyssal whips or dragon scimitars, etc). Try the KBD on its release date if you can't kill the KQ.

Well Jagex must have changed it since September when I made over 10mil in a few hours using this method. *EDIT* I was right just not anymore. When I did it, an Onyx was just 270k Tokkul and you could sell to shops. I wasnt playing when the personalised shops came into play on the 2nd of September which changed the rules so you couldnt sell in TzHaar and the price of Onyx was increased tenfold, Luckily for me I made my riches a few days beforehand. -- 2001 Starter --

That doesn't mean I don't respect a skillcape however. I want to make clear again that these tasks should be as general as possible, what use is getting 99 prayer if the player already has it, what use is doing MEP 2 without a guide (and yes that is hard) if you have already done MEP 2? No skill level or exp goals, no quests. I'm not chickened out, I just find it hard to call getting 200 mill exp at a certain skill hard and adventurous. Achieved quest (07/08/2009), woodcutting (28/06/2010), attack (21/07/2010), strength + constitution (07/08/2010), defence (26/09/2010), summoning (13/01/2011), herblore (03/03/2011), cook (31/08/2012), firemaking (01/09/2012), magic (08/09/2012), prayer (16/09/2012) and ranged (29/10/2012) capes. It could probably be very tedious, but pretty "general". That's just luck-based and tedious :P Also, to the OP - change the Jad one from flowers to wind strike. It's easy to kill Jad w/ a fun weapon, but w/ wind strike your max hit is 2 and your accuracy is even worse than a fun weapon. The first two on the OP's list are great but then the others are just tedious. For example, anybody can figure out a RS minigame after playing for less than 30 minutes... they don't need to earn every reward from them in order to master them, that's just a silly waste of time. Unless they actually enjoy participating in a tedious challenge, I don't think anybody in their right mind would actually attempt one and then go on to call it an achievement. Most people actually get criticized for wasting their time on things like that lol. The ones like the first two you posted are fun challenges to attempt and share your experiences with though (that is, as long as it remains a decent challenge that people will appreciate). Optional: Kill things until you get a key, then get a dragonstone from talvery. Make a glory ammy.Get a anti-dragonfire shield from the duke.Craft yourself a pair of snakeskin boots. Create a spined helm. Craft a diamond/dragonstone ring, then enchant it.Kill a mugger for his cape. Optional: Kill tzhaar till you get a cape drop. Inventory:Herblaw yourself up a ranging potion, super anti-poision, and two prayer potions.Fish up an inventory worth of monkfish Optional: sharks then cook the monkfish/sharks on a range. The Labor: Kill the king black dragon as many times as possible without banking, and without using outside supplies/help. Summoning is allowed if you use a familiar that you made (IE: Collected charms, shards and secondaries) You could also do a melee/mage version of this-just smelt your own armor, and craft your own runes. :v

He even admits he got pretty lucky on the hits and wouldn't have been able to do it otherwise. Also, getting all the levels and equipment required already is hard in my eyes. The first two on the OP's list are great but then the others are just tedious. For example, anybody can figure out a RS minigame after playing for less than 30 minutes... they don't need to earn every reward from them in order to master them, that's just a silly waste of time. Truly mastering minigames (knowing and being able to use all tactics, etc.) such as castle wars, barbarian assault, fist of guthix and duel tournaments definitely can't be done in 30 minutes. PC, etc. is different of course. When everything's been said and done, more has been said than done. All skills 80+
