OK, enough of that, but back on topic now. Jagex can't cater to every person who makes a mistake. Simple as that. Something I might suggest is not playing for 9 hours straight. It's not really healthy and nothing good ever comes from nolifing. You accidently choosing another helm is proof that 9 hours of a computer screen can cause mistakes. This would be better put in the Rants forum.

Obtaurian
LOL. How in the world did you do that? You have to click on the item and CONFIRM that you want to spend your points on that item. I don't get it. To put it bluntly, [bleep] off.

Omali
I find your name, coupled with your statement of spending 9 straight hours playing Pest Control, hilariously ironic. "Oh no, help Jagex, I have a two second attention span and I was too busy making fun of dem nurds cuz dey play liek Ruenscape evury day n dont haf gerlfrends, n I spent liek nin ours today pest controllin only to buy da wrong ting cuz I waz destrakted by da shinees. Oh an its ur falt, cuz ur liek nurds n knead girlfrends. " I am more confused by your ability to speak outside of quickchat, a feature that is normally restricted to people over the age of 13. KISS
Honestly, I have done that too, but I didn't make such a huge complaint, even though I'm only 95 combat... (Novice ftl). The thing is it was your mistake, you should take that into your own hands and resolve it. Simply play a few more hours, thats what RS is, a time waster :P. quelmotz
Jagex can't cater to every single person's mistakes. So because of your failure to double check before you bought the item you blame Jagex? So what do you want them to do? Make a pop-up every time before you buy something? Oh sorry, then you'll be flaming them for making the game too catered to kids. Absurd. Click here for an awesome suggestion to revive smithing! Infi
Why don't they make a option to sell items back for points... Because then people would just sell back helms and be able to interchangeably obtain whatever helmet they wanted at any given time. Youmu
I do agree that you should be able to sell back items that you previously bought in minigames. Maybe like, 1/4 of the tokens back, like in Animal Crossing? But honestly though, it's your own mistake that you bought another range helm. That's why you should DOUBLE CHECK what you are buying. Or simply, don't buy at all. Youmu
That's why there is a CONFIRMATION SCREENHonestly, what does a confirmation screen have to do with buying/selling back items? With the buy/sell feature there is no need for a confirmation screen as you can sell back the item for 1/4 of the points/tokens. @oXMutilateXo: I disagree with that idea. It's like saying that you can only buy 1 item from the GE every 15 minutes. That just won't work. BlogTrimmed | Master Quester | Final BossBoss pets: Bombi | Shrimpy | Ellie | Tz-Rek Jad | Karil the Bobbled | Mega Ducklings120s: Dungeoneering | Invention

That way, if you click the wrong item you can get the one that you wanted if you notice right away, but you aren't able to effectively have all the items for the price of one.
