Hey, my population is going faster than I'd like and I think it's because I changed the tax rate to 50%. I've gone down about 100 population in a couple of hours. Is that supposed to happen? Yes that will happen lower your loyalty gets the lower you population will get. loyalty is (100-tax). Well that's stupidly expensive.
