The small magazine is a bit of a downer but i think the damage it does makes up for it. Was reading the revised weapon stats the other night, the patch for PS3/Xbox is scheduled for May 11th. I don't think the change in weapon damage and whatever will bother me too much, i already have my favourites and will probably stick with them. Angle your boat so that it is behind one of the islands, switch to the 3rd person view, and just attack one of the two crates. You'll get it easily. Saw a guy camping on an MG so I flew down and rammed him from behind, it was pretty easy actually. I remember one time some guy kept trying to kill me by landing the UAV on top of me, he tried like 3 times before it got shot down. Isla Innocentes, first base as attackers. Angle your boat so that it is behind one of the islands, switch to the 3rd person view, and just attack one of the two crates. You'll get it easily. Yeah this map I don't think is balanced well for Rush, the attackers can just fly around raping with the miniguns on the Blackhawks and theres not a lot you can really do about it, as a lot of the time they have an engineer that just switches to the passenger seat and repairs. Or at least I can't do anything yet as in their infinite wisdom DICE made the tracer gun unlock at level 17, the most I can do is spray on the mounted MGs which leaves me an open target for snipers. The SA weapons that came out for the classes all have different looks, BUT the MG3 SA was edited. It has a slower fire rate, more damage and accuracy.Now the orginial MG3 has a fire rate of 1000RPM.I tested the MG3 SA's fire rate and came up with this. IT took 6 seconds to empty the belt. 6 seconds/100 rounds=16.67 rounds a second...16.67RPS X 60 seconds = 1000RPM. This is not good to be honest. The MG3 was meant for CQB. If it has the damage of a MG36, the accuracy of a M60 and the fire rate of a MG3, thats deadly as hell. G3 and the Carl Gustav are my two new favourite weapons. Someone in one of my squads was saying with the update on the 11th, they'll add red dot and 4x scopes for the M14 and G3. Dunno if its true or not but i hope it is.I had a good game flying the Blackhawk on Valparaiso. My gunner was pretty good so i got quite a few driver assists but we totally distracted the other team, they were all aiming RPGs and stuff at me which allowed my team to slip in and set the charges. It feels bad-[wagon] as hell flying round the enemy base with RPGs shooting in all directions around you. Gave the USAS-12 a quick shot as well, seems to be pretty good although the Saiga comes with more ammunition i think. I dislike the Neostead, find it really hard to use. Gonna go and give the rest a shot later but the Saiga is a favourite at the minute. I really want to get to level 9 for the Thompson. That will give me a reason to play Medic. I also unlocked AT mines on my engineer but I have not used them yet. My heart is broken by the terrible loss I have sustained in my old friends and companions and my poor soldiers. Hopefully see some variety in Medic's choice of weapon now that the M60 is getting toned down. Still planning on doing UMP45 / M9 / RPG / Red Dot / Magnum for comp. UMP45 is just such a beast gun. Also saw someone using the most scrub/lame tactic I've ever witnessed. He played engineer and would place down anti tank mines on the point (suicide rushing it). Unlike C4, however, they did not disappear after the engineer had died. He just stacked them up and then would grenade it doing massive damage to the point. Even our team watching the point like a hawk couldn't really stop it. Probably should be considered broken, especially since I don't think that is the intended purpose of an anti tank mine, haha.
