Partyhats will always go up intime and if you want to buy one and realy want one I'd just buy it now if your looking to make some money off of one wait a bit longer. Yes, they did fall, but that was because of the loss of rich stakers and pkers and the fact that all the rich merchants were selling them to get into the spirit shield and 3rd age markets that were getting up to some pretty insane prices, but now that the 3rd age and spirit shield markets are gone and pking has "returned," I don't see why partyhats (and probably all the lower rares as well) wounldn't go back up to the top of the price "ladder" (for lack of a better term). That isn't bought out... the mid price of the helm is 48mil and the hat is 37.1, which is alot higher than your numbers. Those with a little bit of knowledge are more dangerous than those with none.
