They are 300-500M it's not too clear right now but they are not going to be rare for very long. Divine's are still pretty rare and kept their street price over 800M. Either way merchants are running out of high street price items and they are shifting back to rares. As I've said before, as these rich merchants pull their money out of 3rd age and spirit shields, the most logical place for them to go is rares (partyhats, with their 1% margins, will likely be for long term investments and/or holding money while masks and santas, with thenormal 5% margins, become merchanted on a daily basis). Just make sure that, if you're going to get into the rares market (just remember that there is always a risk in a situation like this), you get in quick. If your are refering to a Red Party hat then i would say yes try it seems like a good investment for the time being . Phat's have been made more sensitive to transactions, so only a few need to be sold for the price to change. Lol. Umm I think the Phat jump is slowing down now but is still climbing. EDIT: With news of the price cpas being removed slowly spreading even thou noone knows when this will happen. How is this going to affect Phats, sheild and 3a or even junk which is closely associated with these items? I can see one of two things happening with the removal of price caps (which will effectively end junk trading): 1. It could make people start using the GE more even if the prices are wrong (This could cause either price rises or crashes depending on what the hoarders do) or 2. Although I do see one 'good' thing going on with santas and masks: people are trading 3a for them. It looks (to me, anyways) like some of the richer merchants might have (bought out and) dumped santas and masks to make them look worthless so that they could trade their crashing 3rd age for them.
