KingWenlok Posted February 24, 2007 Share Posted February 24, 2007 well, the only thing i'd like to ask if the meeting could be a little bit later... like 20:00 GMT...cuz then i can be there some time, since i wanna be there, but every saturday there's something at 17:00 GMT (18:00 GMT+1) 'til 19:30 GMT so then i can make it... Unfortunately, if meetings were held at 8:00pm, it would hamper some people trying to get to a TET event. You can always come in late if we're having a long meeting though. Dunstan's house in Burthorpe Line goes directly same line as walls after Death Plateau on mountains Crosses northeast house in Mountain Camp Crosses eastern island in lake north of Mountain Camp Signatures are overrated. After all no one like traitors...) Just a thought, runes used to be used as letters or words. Maybe the stones don't necessarily be runes, like the kind we use to make magic, but rather they are righting telling us some thing. Like for instance how to become a god, or where to learn how to summon. Sorry I couldn't make it to this meeting. I was on a retreat, (Frying my brains out) but I will make the next one. Another thought, is there any way that the WOM would find out about what is going on over by the new tower? After all he still travels. (Referencing the posbag from the hedge letter to Romeo.) Another thought as far as runes go. All the runes used in the elemental spells have something to do with normal life. Every one has a body, everyone feels some chaos, everyone eventually feels death, and I believe every one has a soul. I'm not sure why I mentioned that but oh well. Also random thing, does any one have any suggestions for the siggies? Also is having the animated one zooming in on his eye just to freaky? But you said a very important word- life. What if someone were to, say, mix all these runes together? We might possibly get Life Runes! So, our plan of defence is to get to the Life Tower pronto, merge the runes, and create the Life Runes. Then we summon the Army of Life and march on the forces of darkness. This could be the key to stopping the WOM! Of course, he's not stupid- he'll likely send guards to the Tower to stop us (though I think Trobigod will make short work of them). Hey, I might actually stay with WOMDA, since we do have a small chance of surviving. Sorry Zaros- I'll still worship ya even when you're dead. :P Also random thing, does any one have any suggestions for the siggies? Also is having the animated one zooming in on his eye just to freaky? I actually think zooming in on the eye adds to the mystery of it all. They're brilliant as they are. I got the impression from the quest guide that the Life Tower was devoted more to Guthix. If he attacks the regular tower like we thought, and blames Zamorakians, it will bring down the wrath of Saradomin on the Zamorakians and vice versa. But if he attacks the Life Tower, Guthix-ians (whatever) probably won't do anything. And he wouldn't necessarily need to attack the Life Tower, he could just learn the way everyone else does and nobody would stop him. the russians are the best! Hands down! I wasn't quite sure what to make of it, and it sparked an interest. Those sheep have always been running around in that area, but never directly in front of his house. In the event that the WOM does try to become a god, we'll need proper defence. As such, I have organised a defence plan for RuneScape if the idea is correct. I'm working on the assumption that the posters in this thread will be around when either Jagex announces the end or someone reports something weird. We'll PM the people concerned with each location if either KCHughes or me see the WOM heading in their direction. Note- all Tip.It users will be free to go to the locations as well as the people mentioned. Okay, here we go: The WOM's house- KCHughes and me will monitor the Wise Old Man in his house. If he moves out, we'll tail him. The Wizard's Tower- I suggest that Darkluniux and 1alebcay stand guard on the Tower. The Falador Stones- I suggest that Fronzz and Chad197 stand guard around the stones. The Tower of Life- I suggest that Trobigod and Xewleer stand guard at the Tower of Life. I think that covers most of the locations. Aye or nay for the plan (the only thing I'm concerned with is that some might not be online, but if they are, we'll have a good chance of stopping the WOM)? Falador Stones. :wink: At the stone signpost just before the entrance to Falador, walk straight, stop at the entrance, turn left, and keep walking until you find a strange stone circle. Go in there, and you'll find the Falador Stones. BTW, look waht i found while i was ranging today in the White Knights castle. That looks uncannily similar to the symbol on the wave stone, only on its side. I think we established that it symbolised famine- what would the White Knights have to do with famine? I will stand guard around the stones if the WOM makes a move(hehe a little chase scene - I like it) Good to hear it soldier. As for the chase, it shouldn't really take too long.
