October 15, 201114 yr I know there probably isn't too much data out there about it right now, but does anyone have an idea of the drop rate of boots? Any sample size above 100 kills is fine, and counting by shards is fine. I do hope the droprate is higher than the 1/650 I'm getting right now :wall: :wall: :wall:
October 15, 201114 yr I had 4 boots drops in 1450 kills. Used row for 2/3 of the kills maybe. seems that they're around 1/1k ea..

So far in the thread the average is about 1/386 (figures rounded to the nearest hundred). I'm currently at 1/772 :angry: Exactly twice the calculated average... wtf

Just getting shards and effigies isn't gonna cut it.I was thinking that too, I'm at 0/900 and armadyl runes buy for 1800 GP each on the ge that means with 99 RC each shard is 180k. If your killing 50 an hour you should get 5 shards which is 900k an hour plus a bunch of mediocre drops. An effigy every 1.4 hours and good amount of charms If your really lucky then it's really good money but if not (us) then there are better money makers, but probably not better effigy + charm + money makers + good magic xp. It all depends what you value magic is already useless xp to me and summoning will be soon as well.

What would be cool is if Drakan and his minions kill all the sig heroes in the quest except Raptor who is wrecking. You and him team up and cave in some vampyre heads. He becomes a total bro in future quests and in a GM quest he receives a fatal injury and his last dying words to you are "Brofist, mang"[/hide]
