Unless there's some random event that steals all your CW tix when you are only a few short, then yea, it's possible. It just takes rediculous amounts of time and effort. next question please

Yes, its possible, and I've seen many people with a full set (seriously) go to world 2 falador and youll most likely see a few. Or go to the castle wars area.

um a old friend of mine tha boas has a set. not sure if its full but he has plate legs and kite. who would waste their tickets on the med though...a full helm would have looked so much better witht he set
