ancient magicks is spelt wrong...

I believe thats the arcane historical spelling of magic, like how people used to say "ye olde" such-and-such.

If you dont take steps to ensure that you're protected, you void all right to complain when stuff goes wrong.

Im not much a follower of the runescape gods. I believe in the one true God. It was a good article but as the bible says. Thou shalt not have other gods. hey good article tho
Nobody really believes in the runescape gods (i wouldnt think  ) nor do I believe in any real gods either, but i'll save that for another topic.

if you mean the "magicks" part it isnt, thats how it was spelled in the quest I believe.

I think he means that word is spelt with a G, where as in the article it's spelt with a J

very good read

(would be cool if it were real)

Ummmm...... not trying to be clever or anything  but...if you did something 25 years ago... the game has only been around 4 years... so, you were in runescape 21 years before it was invented.....

You're not getting my point. If you had an IQ above room temperature you would.

No this is the real story of what happened to the gods.

Guthix: He was a donkey when he was first born. A sad, and rather strange little donkey who never had anyone to love him. Then one day and old crazy person came and bought him. He took him home and ate him with some rhubarb pie. The donkey meat and rhubarb pie mixed in his mouth and, in a sudden rush of moose a whole new being was formed in his mouth. This was the first god.

Zammy: This little fellow was and is and always will be a frog. But you see, he is not any frog. He sits on his little mushroom and contemplates how to kill every living thing on the planet, and no one suspects it! He sits there, staring straight ahead... Watching... Waiting... and then one day, he will strike! With the power of thousands of years of his tiny mind working non-stop, he will take the world by storm.

Guthix: This person is just some old hobo acting like a god. He actually stole his freinds "amulet of bujeezus", which gave him mucho grande power. Nuf said.

Zaros: His name starts with a z... Nuf said...

The New God: This new god is actually the rat. You know the one. The one you see right outside of the Duel Arena while you are crafting steam runes. Yea that one. If you kill him, he just comes back, running around and around. No one knows how he got there, and no one cares. They just walk past. But in secret, he has made an army of, yes you guessed it, Amoebas!!! Microscopic fiends that destroy all in thier path using placebo guns! Watch your back, if you dare! Because you might get blindeddeded!

Me: Im going to runescape hell for listing myself as a god. But i am. I can do the "swarm of amoebas" spell. And i can also do this... MEEBS OWNS!

So is it real? It would be so cool to have a new god and all, with the super rare new outfits. I could imagine someone saying stuff like, "New God Armor Set! 5 mil!" or something like that!

i think this one is saradomin

this is the stupidest thing ive evre read about runescape! I mean come on u dont need to have "gods" on here.its the stupidest thing ive ever heard of. they r just tryin to make the game more exciting but they have tried too hard.so i say the next update on runescape should be "ALL 'GODS' DIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

ok im done

I shall take my flock underneath my own wing, and kick them right the [bleep] out of the tree. If they were meant to fly, they won't break their necks on the concrete.
So, what is 1.111... equal to?

2nd post! w00t!

Anyway I do think its Zaros, yet Bob the Jagex Cat is still wandering around. I've never spotted him in his lair. What's with that? :?

If you've done the 'A tail of two cats' quest, you would know that bob is NOT zaros. He was actually some giant called Robert the strong who could hit 50+ with ranged. That's still pretty good, but not godlike.

Since the rift IS near the digsite, and in that quest there is actually a temple to Zaros, and since there are many omnious clues to Zaros's return buried there, it would be safe to assume that the 'evil spirit' that was messing with tolna's mind was Zaros himself. I mean, if you were a god sitting down in the depths of RuneScape gathering power, wouldn't YOU be kinda bored?

An interesting read 8)

Interesting read, regardless of its pertinence to RuneScape.

If I didn't know any better I would think this article is pointing at the release of summoning?

Mentioned:

-More powerful than ancients

-Power to control "angry monsters"

Huge let down...but is it real?

You can't ever find a place that's nice and peaceful, because there isn't any. You may think there is, but once you get there, when you're not looking, somebody'll sneak up and write "(bleep) you" right under your nose. Try it sometime. I think, even, if I ever die, and they stick me in a cemetery, and I have a tombstone and all, it'll say "Holden Caulfield" on it, and then what year I was born and what year I died, and then right under that it'll say "(bleep) you."
