When you got members, how organised were you?

Featured Replies

Just wondering, how organised were you people when you got members.

I remember wanting it for ages, and i had enough stuff banked, and planned out ready to get me 65 fletching. :D I got it the first day I got members.

I also stocked up on huge amounts of food for doing slayer, thieving and agility.. (i didnt know about the cake stall at the time).

I guess it was obvious that I would be organised like this though... i knew loads about members and i'de never even played it (it's funny when a members is asking a non member about things.. "omg mining is soo slow" ..me:"why not use the coal trucks" ..friend:"what is that?!?" -.- lol

Was anyone else organised for members in a similar way?

92/99 Fishing | 119/120 Combat | 92/99 Firemaking | 94/99 Fletching | 1878/1900 Total | 85/85 Slayer | 80/80 Prayer

I wasn't organized in any way.

At all.

Fullmetal Alchemist, you will be missed. A great ending to a great series.

I was organised in such a way that I knew exactly what I wanted to do in that month and what I wanted to achieve. I had quite a knowledgable idea about members so I knew what I was doing and where I was going. :)

I wasn't organized at all. I pretty much got members on a whim, so I had no time to prepare anyway. I still remember my first day of members...stood around for an hour or two just trying to decide what to do first :P

I remember having some logs ready to get fletching started and also some feathers and bars to make arrows. Then I just teled to cammy and started to wander around and made some random members quests. I was something around lvl 65 when i got members.

Rsn: Onauric Combat: 136 Total: 2150+

All quests done since: 3rd December 2005

I got bored one day and just decided to join members, and the rest is history.

No plan what-so-ever.

All I learned in life, I learned on Tip.it

my freind was gona give me full ham wen i became memb0rz (and she did) but thats about all i had set up. you dont really need ne thing special memborz is the same as f2p just a lot more stuff.

Well, when I joined we had 2 things to look forward to, Fletching and Herblore.

I spent a few hours cutting trees to get my woodcutting up, knowing it would help with fletching.

Look, if your mom still drops you off at school, you ain't gangsta, pull up your damn pants!

3 down, 7 to go

i had enough logs, bronze bars, and feathers for about 30 levels of fletching.

i planned out how much food i needed for the quests i wanted to accomplish.

i got 75 wcing to get to cut magics

i had rings and necklaces made for teleportation. all i needed to do was enchant

i read tip.it for about 2 hours to plan out what i needed to do and where

i was pretty organized. i got about 90% of what i wanted to accomplish my first day. after that, it was all fun. i always plan it out when i buy another month of members. right now im cutting 15k willows for lvl 70 fletching, i know i need to fish at catherby for a while to get my fishing and cooking level. im merchanting with the help from a high level smither, (full rune sets) to get enough money for what i need. i am always planning, even when im f2p. planning is a good thing.

I wasn't organized by the items in bank, but I sure had this obsession about getting 85 mage as fast as I could.. First thing I ever did when I got members was go to Mage Arena

I'M BACK FOR SUMMER BABY

I, like most people here, had enough logs banked for 60 fletching and had stocked up on food and sold my useless stuff for cash. Also, i had a list of quests to do and what to experience first.

Not at all, first thing i did was get lost. 8) .

I personally was pretty well organized.

I gathered all the materials to do certain quests, i got 60 atk, and i got 43 RC'ing. So, straight out of the gate I was making money. On top of that I had bought all the materials needed to get me to 70 fletching. I pretty much knew exactly what I was doing. :D

i was really organized when i was about to get membership, but as soon i got it, i wanted to do alot of things at once, fletch, raise craft faster, thieve, and so on, that i couldnt keep track of what i was doing.

now its like i dont even think about it, i organize my bank as soon as i get or get rid of new things. :P

fairly, thats a month after members tho

i was a little too organized for rs period. i'll bring a pic of my bank a while ago when i was f2p before members

I didn't prepare at all. I simply marched myself to castlewars, then afterwards fished in catherby thinking about how great it was to fish near a bank.

The self-proclaimed king of bronze.

I collected all the 4 raw meats for Druidic Ritual :P And I cutted wood until I had enough for 60 fletching.

At least, I think that.

I had it all planned out and managed to get desert treasure done inthat first month of membership :P

Also had planned on agility fletching 70+ thieving and other memberstats.

I will go looking for a pic of my stats at the end of that month.

after that month i spent 4 days f2p and then became a perm. member :P

w0000t found the pic :)

note: these are the stats I had when i finished desert treasure and are 1 day before the ending of my first membermonth.

EDIT: Looking back at those stats I see that I was much more focussed and effectively training back then then I am now.

I remember I hardly posted on forums or things like that just to train harder :P

My first week of members was hardly organised.

About three of my friends promised to show me around and help me out. None did so I was forced to work out my own way. I did a couple of easy quests and started on a few skills. My thieving went up rapidly and so did my combat skills.

At the moment I am way more organised and I know what I want to be doing and what my goals are.

I had got all the items to do the herblore quest and planned to get theiving upto 20...other then that i had no idea what i was doing and how to do it :?

but i did know most of the members quests and how to do them pretty easily

penguinesigrq6.png
